SABERES E PRÁTICAS DOCENTES NA PERSPECTIVA FREIREANA NO ENSINO TÉCNICO DE ENFERMAGEM DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO PÚBLICA FEDERAL
Objetivou-se com este estudo relatar a experiência de docentes acerca de saberes e práticas em uma perspectiva freireana no ensino técnico de Enfermagem de uma instituição pública federal. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência, ambientado em uma instituição pública federal de ensino técnico no estado do Piauí. Precisamente, seus resultados foram ancorados na vivência de docentes da disciplina de “Noções de Pesquisa em Enfermagem”, alocada no primeiro módulo da matriz curricular do curso técnico subsequente em Enfermagem da instituição. Acredita-se que o maior desafio no que diz respeito ao ensino e à pesquisa em Enfermagem está na necessidade contínua de desenvolvimento de metodologias ativas que estimulem o pensamento crítico dos discentes. Com vistas a transformar esta dinâmica de distorções, planejou-se as aulas da disciplina associando o método expositivo-dialogado e o método da problematização. Constatou-se que, apesar das dificuldades observadas no início da disciplina, foi possível construir e mobilizar uma outra mentalidade nos discentes, evidenciada por meio dos avanços conquistados, da participação e de atitudes positivas de cada ator envolvido.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to report the experience of teachers about knowledge and practices from a Paulo Freire’s perspective in technical Nursing education at a federal public institution. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach of the type of experience report, set in a federal public institution of technical education in the state of Piauí. Precisely, its results were anchored in the experience of professors of the discipline "Notions of Nursing Research", allocated in the first module of the curricular matrix of the subsequent technical course in Nursing of the institution. It is believed that the biggest challenge with regard to teaching and research in Nursing is the continuous need to develop active methodologies that stimulate students' critical thinking. In order to transform this dynamic of distortions, the classes of the discipline were planned by associating the expository-dialogical method and the problematization method. It was found that, despite the difficulties observed at the beginning of the discipline, it was possible to build and mobilize another mentality in the students, evidenced through the advances achieved, the participation and positive attitudes of each actor involved.
