SABERES DOCENTES: A FORMAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA NA ESCOLA NORMAL DE CRUZEIRO DO SUL-ACRE
Segundo Tardif (2002) os saberes
docentes são temporais, ou seja, são
construídos com o passar dos anos e podem
passar por mudanças e reformulações. Numa
perspectiva histórica, este artigo tem como
objetivo investigar, os saberes e as práticas
dos docentes no âmbito da Escola Normal de
Cruzeiro do Sul - Acre, buscando conhecer a
formação e a atuação destes profissionais no
município. Como procedimentos metodológicos
adotamos a análise de documentos, atrelada a
uma pesquisa bibliográfica que se deu a partir
dos estudos de Bezerra (2010, 2015 e 2016),
Vicentini e Lugli (2009), entre outros. Como
resultados, constatamos que os saberes docentes
na Escola Normal de Cruzeiro do Sul eram voltados
para a formação da professorara, mãe, dona
de casa e evangelizadora. Nos primeiros anos
de funcionamento da Escola a prioridade era a
formação da mulher, mas com o passar do tempo
os saberes foram sendo reconfigurados, de forma
que a formação pedagógica foi ganhando mais
espaço nos saberes e nas práticas desenvolvidas
no âmbito da Escola, entretanto o viés moral,
cívico e, sobretudo, religioso persistiu na história
de constituição desta Instituição formadora.

Abstract:
According to Tardif
(2002) teachers' knowledge is temporary, that
is, they are built over the years and can undergo
changes and reformulations. In a historical
perspective, this article aims to investigate the
knowledge and practices of teachers in the
scope of the Cruzeiro do Sul - Acre Normal
School, seeking to know the training and the
work of these professionals in the municipality.
As methodological procedures we adopted
document analysis, linked to a bibliographical
research that was based on the studies of
Bezerra (2010, 2015 and 2016), Vicentini
and Lugli (2009), among others. As results,
we verified that the teaching knowledge in
the Normal School of Cruzeiro do Sul was
directed towards the formation of teacher,
mother, housewife and evangelizer. In the first
years of the School's operation, the priority
was the formation of women, but over time
the knowledge was reconfigured, so that the
pedagogical training was gaining more space in
the knowledge and practices developed within
the scope of the School. moral, civic and, above
all, religious perseverance in the history of the
formation of this formative institution.
