ROLE-PLAY PARA APLICAÇÃO DE PROTOCOLO DE ATENDIMENTO À VÍTIMA DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A violência sexual é um crime subnotificado em que alguns casos nem sequer chegam ao conhecimento dos órgãos responsáveis. O constrangimento em revelar o ocorrido e o desconhecimento jurídico são apontados como causas redutíveis com a interação médica apropriada. Partindo disso, a Resolução nº 3, de 20 de junho de 2014, visando o aprimoramento do ensino médico para atender às demandas atuais, promove a obtenção de competências e habilidades e o uso de metodologias de participação ativa dos estudantes para isso. Nesse contexto, ao se tratar de temas mais complexos, a utilização de atividades dinâmicas torna-se útil para assimilação e aquisição de habilidades clínicas, sensibilizando os alunos quanto à importância do acolhimento empático e da aplicação adequada do protocolo de atendimento às vítimas de violência sexual. A simulação ocorreu nos ambulatórios médicos de especialidades da UFERSA, onde o protocolo e a atividade foram apresentados aos alunos. Uma mulher foi escolhida para o papel de médica e um homem para o de paciente. A dinâmica realizou-se sob supervisão do tutor, enquanto o restante do grupo assistia em outra sala através de espelho falso. Após isso, foi realizada roda de discussão sobre impressões acerca do exercício. Após experiência e discussão realizadas, pôde-se notar o impacto sobre os alunos, que relataram dificuldades em lidar com o tema. Ao longo do processo houve seriedade e compromisso e foi observada a importância de uma abordagem empática e de acolhimento adequado em casos de violência sexual e sugeridas condutas e posturas a que fortaleceriam a relação médico-paciente. Por meio da experiência de interpretação de papéis na simulação foi possível fazer uso em ambiente controlado do protocolo de atendimento para vítimas de violência sexual e sensibilizar, efetivamente, os estudantes sobre o papel real do(a) médico(a) nessa abordagem tão importante, complexa e delicada.

Abstract:
Sexual violence is an underreported crime that, in some cases, doesn’t even reach the concerning agencies. Embarrassment in revealing what happened and the lack of legal knowledge are pointed out as reducible causes with appropriate medical interaction. Based on this, in Resolution No. 3, of June 20, 2014, the improvement of medical education to meet current demands promotes the examination of skills and abilities and the use of active student participation methodologies for that end. In this context, when dealing with more complex topics, the use of dynamic activities is key for the assimilation and use of clinical skills. That in fact makes students aware of the importance of empathic reception and the protocol applied in caring for victims of sex offenses. The simulation occurred at UFERSA's medical outpatient clinics, where the protocol and activity were presented to students. There, a woman played the doctor and a man played the patient. A professor supervised the activity and the rest of the group watched the simulation through a false mirror. Later, the students impressions were discussed, assessing the impact of the experience on them, who report difficulties in handling the situation. The students took the process very seriously and realized the importance of empathetic approach and adequate reception in sex offense cases. The group discussed and suggested attitudes that improved the doctor-patient relationship. Through the role-playing experience, it was possible to practice the protocol for victims of sexual violence in a controlled environment and effectively sensitize students about the real role of the doctor in this very important, complex and delicate approach.
