RINCÍPIOS E PRÁTICAS DA GESTÃO DA ECONOMIA SOLIDÁRIA COMO SUBSÍDIO PARA O ENSINO DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO: BUSCA POR PRESSUPOSTOS
Frente às condições sociais
desiguais na contemporaneidade, orientadas
por projetos societários pautados pela lógica
do sistema capitalista global e excludente,
entendemos que o modo de produção se
desenvolve em meio a contradições, que muitas
vezes apresentam as próprias lacunas para a
sua superação. Nesse sentido, este trabalho tem
por objetivo refletir acerca das possibilidades
de se pensar práticas emancipatórios no ensino
de administração, a partir das contradições do
próprio sistema, para além da lógica do regime
de acumulação flexível. Apresentamos aqui a
proposta de análise das organizações pautadas
nos princípios da economia solidária, bem como
a análise das potencialidades do ensino técnico
integrado numa perspectiva de formação
integral, entendendo que ambos podem
aliarem-se enquanto práticas comprometidas
com a transformação social que permitam uma
leitura ampla e contextualizada da realidade
social. Pretende-se, desse modo, analisar os
princípios da gestão da economia solidária
como subsídio para o ensino da administração
visando à formação de indivíduos sob uma
ótica não restrita ao modelo liberal, mas com
capacidade crítica acerca da sociedade em que
está inscrito. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico.

Abstract:
Faced with unequal social
conditions in contemporary times, guided by
societal projects guided by the logic of the global
and exclusive capitalist system, we understand
that the mode of production develops amidst
contradictions, which often have their own
shortcomings for their overcoming. In this sense,
this paper aims to reflect on the possibilities of
thinking emancipatory practices in the teaching
of administration, starting from the contradictions
of the system itself, beyond the logic of the
regime of flexible accumulation. We present
here the proposal of analysis of the organizations
based on the principles of solidarity economy,
as well as the analysis of the potential of
integrated technical education in a perspective
of integral formation, understanding that both
can ally themselves as practices committed to
social transformation that allow a broad reading
context of social reality. In this way, we intend
to analyze the principles of the management of
the solidarity economy as a subsidy for the teaching of the administration aiming at the
formation of individuals from a perspective not restricted to the liberal model, but with
a critical capacity about the society in which it is enrolled. This is a bibliographic study.
