REVOLUCIONANDO AS PRÁTICAS ASSISTÊNCIAIS DE ENFERMAGEM NOS CENTROS PSIQUIÁTRICOS ATRAVÉS DE NISE DA SILVEIRA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo relatar as práticas assistências de enfermagem realizadas antigamente aos clientes psiquiátricos e o quanto essas práticas traziam malefícios tanto físicos como mentais para os clientes, assim como as mudanças através da revolução causada por Nise da Silveira. Pois ela foi um dos marcos na enfermagem, com um olhar diferente de todos os outros profissionais, a qual enxergou a riqueza de seres humanos que estavam “no meio do caminho”, entre a loucura e a exclusão total, entre o aceitável e o abominável. Para construir esse trabalho foi realizado uma revisão integrativa de literatura, nas bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF, no período do ano 2005 a 20015 a fim de responder à pergunta norteadora: “Qual a contribuição de Nise da Silveira para a enfermagem?”. A literatura destaca que o enfermeiro utilizando das atividades terapêuticas como a música, atividade física, dança e esporte tem permitido fluir relações afetivas entre eles mesmo e entre os familiares que iam visita-los, melhorando também a qualidade de vida destes. Sendo assim, possibilitou-se identificar a importância dessas atividades que são utilizadas até hoje pelos enfermeiros psiquiatras, reabilitando o mesmo para ser reinserido na sociedade. Portanto cabe ao enfermeiro analisar cada atividade terapêutica e o benefício de cada uma delas, montar um plano terapêutico com toda a equipe multidisciplinar.

Abstract:
The present work reports and makes us reflect on the practices nursing attendances carried out in the past and how these practices were harmful to clients and how things changed through the revolution caused by Nise da Silveira who was one of the milestones in nursing, who had a different look from all other professionals because she saw the wealth of human beings who were "in the middle of the road" , between madness and total exclusion, between the acceptable and the abominable. To begin this work, a literature review was carried out to understand how the practices were, and to get to know Nise da Silveira and what she brought to nursing and what was the revolution that caused it. It will also highlight some of the therapeutic activities performed by nurses that bring both physical and mental benefits to the lives of psychiatric clients and the importance of these activities to insert the same in society again. Therefore, It is up to the nurse to analyze each therapeutic activity and the benefit of each one, to set up a therapeutic plan with the entire multidisciplinary team.
