REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA COMO MÉTODO DE PESQUISA EM ENFERMAGEM: UMA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO
Objetivo: Propor uma sistematização
de revisão integrativa para as pesquisas em
enfermagem, a partir da análise das lacunas de
textos metodológicos sobre o tema. Método:
Realizou-se uma busca de textos propositivos
de revisões integrativas publicadas pelos
autores da enfermagem, sendo identificados
os referenciais utilizados. Foram identificados
nove referenciais que foram analisados e
utilizados como balizadores para a proposta
de sistematização metodológica de revisão
integrativa proposta. Resultados: A proposta
de sistematização da revisão integrativa visa
aumentar o rigor metodológico dessa técnica
para pesquisas em enfermagem e saúde, e para
tanto, foi organizada didaticamente em cinco
blocos: Bloco Conceitual, Bloco Metodológico,
Bloco Inferencial, Bloco Teórico e Apresentação,
subdivididos em dez etapas. Considerações
finais: A proposta apresentada se fortalece
diante da necessidade de consensos técnicos
e permite o desenvolvimento da revisão
integrativa como método de pesquisa com
etapas claras e bem definidas, aumentando o
rigor metodológico.

Abstract:
Objective: To propose a
systematization of integrative review for the
nursing research from the analysis of the gaps
in methodological texts on the subject. Method:
A search of the integrative revisions published
by the authors of the nursing was carried out,
identifying the integrative review frameworks
used. We identified nine references that were
analyzed and used as guides for the proposal
of methodological systematization of the
integrative review. Results: The proposal of
systematization of the integrative review aims to
increase the methodological rigor of this method
for research in nursing and health, and for that,
it was organized in five blocks: Conceptual
Block, Methodological Block, Inferential Block,
Theoretical Block and Presentation, subdivided
into ten stages. Conclusion: The proposal
presented is strengthened by the need for technique consensus and allows the
development of the integrative review as a research method with clear and well defined
stages, increasing methodological rigor.
