Abstract: In this paper, a thorough exploration of the main dermatological pathologies affecting the pediatric population is conducted through a systematic review that sheds light on the prevalence of these conditions, the diagnostic challenges encountered, and the available therapeutic options. The work underscores the notable prevalence of these pathologies in childhood, emphasizing the urgent need for greater commitment from the scientific community in studies that enable a deeper understanding and more effective management of these skin disorders.
