RESOLUTIVIDADE DO ATENDIMENTO INTERPROFISSIONAL NO TRATAMENTO OPORTUNO DE COMPLICAÇÕES DA DIABETES –UM RELATO DE CASO
Retrata-se um caso de sucesso de tratamento oportuno de paciente diabético, acolhido por equipe interprofissional de saúde da família na atenção primária. Logo, ao se integrar os diversos recursos humanos e suas percepções acerca do paciente, foi estabelecido uma proposta terapêutica que contemplasse a resolução do seu quadro clínico, respeitando as suas individualidades. Por fim, alcançou-se a assistência resolutiva, que inviabilizou os fins indesejáveis e o controle de uma doença crônica tão importante na contemporaneidade - diabete mellitus.

Abstract:
It portrays a successful case in the treatment of diabetic patients, welcomed by the interprofessional family health team in primary care. Therefore, when integrating the different human resources and their perceptions about the patient, a therapeutic proposal was established that contemplates the resolution of their clinical condition, respecting their individualities. Finally, it is possible to obtain resolutive assistance, making unwanted fins unfeasible and controlling a chronic disease so important today - diabetes mellitus.
