RESIDUOGRAMAS DE TIRO DE ARMA DE FOGO COMO DETERMINANTES DA MEDICINA LEGAL PARA CALIBRE E ARMA
É notável no âmbito pericial da medicina legal, a investigação criminal de lesões perfuro contundentes ocasionados por projéteis de arma de fogo. A descrição minuciosa e detalhada de uma lesão avaliada é de extrema importância para estabelecer o agente causador da lesão bem como as dinâmicas envolvidas no processo que levaram a lesão corporal. Elementos secundários não relacionados ao projétil são resultantes da combustão e resíduos de pólvora, dos gases e alta temperatura que se formam além das áreas de chamuscamento. Com estes elementos, é possível presumir a distância em que ocorreu o disparo para que se possa compreender a dinâmica do evento sob análise pericial. A motivação deste trabalho consiste em verificar e descrever a característica do calibre e o tipo de arma utilizado, a distância em que ocorreu o tiro e a formação de residuogramas e as variáveis em relação ao objeto alvo analisado. Foram utilizados armamentos e munições de uso existentes na realidade de uso esportivo e de uso policial para análise mais próxima da realidade nacional. A superfície de escolha para análise dos residuogramas foi o papel do tipo cartolina branca para assegurar a facilidade de reprodução do teste.

Abstract:
It is notable in the forensic field of forensic medicine, the criminal investigation of blunt puncture injuries caused by firearm projectiles. A thorough and detailed description of an assessed injury is extremely important to establish the causative agent of the injury as well as the dynamics involved in the process that led to the bodily injury. Secondary elements unrelated to the projectile are the result of combustion and gunpowder residue, the gases and high temperature that form beyond the scorching areas. With these elements, it is possible to assume the distance at which the shot occurred so that the dynamics of the event under expert analysis can be understood. The motivation of this work is to verify and describe the characteristic of the caliber and the type of weapon used, the distance at which the shot took place and the formation of residuals and the variables in relation to the analyzed target object. Weapons and ammunition for existing use in the reality of sports use and police use were used for a closer analysis of the national reality. The surface of choice for analyzing the residuals was white cardstock paper to ensure the ease of reproducing the test.
