REPRODUÇÃO HUMANA ASSISTIDA: O PROCESSO DE CUIDAR EM ENFERMAGEM
Este estudo teve por objetivo compreender o processo de trabalho do enfermeiro frente à Reprodução Humana Assistida. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão de literatura narrativa e de caráter descritivo em que a busca retrospectiva limitou-se a artigos científicos publicados nos últimos 20 anos, na íntegra, escritos na língua portuguesa e inglesa, nos indexadores Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde (Lilacs), Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS). Os resultados apontaram que a infertilidade é uma condição presente na vida de muitos casais e responsável pela busca de técnicas de reprodução humana para suprir a necessidade de gerar um filho. A enfermagem se faz presente durante todo o tratamento que casais inférteis são submetidos desempenhando um relevante papel na vida dessas pessoas na atenuação do sofrimento em que são expostos e na orientação em relação a terapêutica. Conclui-se que se faz necessário investir na formação e qualificação do enfermeiro no âmbito da reprodução humana assistida com vista para a promoção de uma assistência acolhedora e humanizada.

Abstract:
This study aimed to understand the work process of nurses in the face of Assisted Human Reproduction. This is a narrative literature review and descriptive research in which the retrospective search was limited to scientific articles published in the last 20 years, in full, written in Portuguese and English, in the Scientific Electronic Library Online indexes (Scielo ), Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information (Lilacs), Virtual Health Library (VHL). The results showed that infertility is a condition present in the lives of many couples and is responsible for the search for human reproduction techniques to meet the need to generate a child. Nursing is present throughout the treatment that infertile couples are submitted to, playing a relevant role in the lives of these people in mitigating the suffering to which they are exposed and in providing guidance regarding therapy. It is concluded that it is necessary to invest in the training and qualification of nurses in the context of assisted human reproduction with a view to promoting a welcoming and humanized assistance.
