Abstract: General objective to analyze the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on adolescent health in scientific literature. Integrative review that followed the steps of the method, which used the PICO strategy for non-clinical research, carried out in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in the following databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences ( LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE). The following descriptors were used: Coronavirus Infections OR Covid-19, Coronavirus Infections, Covid-19, Adolescent Health OR Young People's Health, Young People's Health, Adolescent Health. Inclusion criteria: articles published in the years 2020 to 2021, with the beginning of the spread of the new coronavirus in Brazil as a time frame. Complete texts in Portuguese, English and Spanish and that were in line with the proposed object. Articles inconsistent with the object of study and those unavailable in full were excluded, as well as repeated articles, keeping only what was available in the databases. Based on the article search and selection strategy, application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a final sample of 10 studies was created. There was a predominance of repercussions focused on adolescent social, psychosocial, psychological and clinical issues, respectively, violence (4; 33.3%), education (1; 8.3%), self-care (4; 33.3% ), mental health (2; 16.6%) and clinical factors (1; 8.3). It is concluded that evidence is provided regarding the types of repercussions on adolescents' health in the pandemic scenario, signaling the importance of comprehensive care. Furthermore, it is hoped that this study will encourage research on the topic.
