RELEVÂNCIA DO ENFERMEIRO NO PROCESSO DE AUDITORIA: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
A auditoria de enfermagem é um método avaliativo e criterioso da assistência de saúde prestada pelos profissionais de saúde. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar, segundo a produção cientifica, a relevância do profissional de enfermagem no processo de auditoria. A busca foi realizada no período de dezembro de 2020 e janeiro de 2021 na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) e foram incluídos na pesquisa artigos disponíveis na integra, em português, publicados nos últimos 5 anos e indexados nas bases de dados LILACS e BDENF. A auditoria de enfermagem é um processo que auxilia na melhoria do cuidado, custos e glosas hospitalares. O enfermeiro é o profissional que através da auditoria contribui para uma melhoria na qualidade da assistência e é um educador permanente de toda a equipe que participa do cuidado.

Abstract:
Nursing audit is an evaluative and judicious method of health care provided by health professionals. This study aims to analyze, according to scientific production, the relevance of nursing professionals in the audit process. The search was carried out in the period of December 2020 and January 2021 at the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and articles available in full, in Portuguese, published in the last 5 years and indexed in the LILACS and BDENF databases were included in the research. The nursing audit is a process that helps to improve care, costs and hospital glosses. The nurse is the professional who, through the audit, contributes to an improvement in the quality of care and is a permanent educator of the entire team that participates in the care.
