• Abstract: This report presents a detailed account of the supervised internship II experience undertaken by the student at the Health Department of the Caracaraí Municipal Government in the state of Roraima, from August 1 to September 30, 2024. The internship aimed to apply practical knowledge acquired in the Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at UAB/UERR, complementing academic training and developing professional skills in the public sector. The activities included document organization, monitoring administrative processes, and participating in meetings, providing an in-depth understanding of the administrative routine and developing data analysis skills. Caracaraí, known as the "Port City," has a diversified economy, with a focus on fishing and subsistence agriculture. The internship was enriching, contributing to academic and professional development by applying theoretical knowledge in practice and highlighting the importance of efficient management in the municipal context.
