RELATO DE INTERVENÇÃO: NORMAS PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DE CONSULTÓRIOS E CLÍNICAS ODONTOLÓGICAS, 2020
Introdução: O ambiente de trabalho do cirurgião-dentista se tornou cada vez mais variado e complexo. Além das várias outras responsabilidades, esse profissional de saúde deve ter ciência de como deverá ser seu local de trabalho e quais as normas e regulamentações que deve seguir para manter a ergonomia e biossegurança. Objetivos: Apresentar aos participantes, de maneira didática e educativa, as normas e regulamentações que um dentista terá que seguir para a construção de um ambiente de trabalho que se adeque aos parâmetros estabelecidos pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária - ANVISA. Objetivo: Mostrar os resultados de uma intervenção educativa sobre as normas para construção de clínicas e consultórios odontológicos. Métodos: Estudo transversal realizado como parte do Projeto UDF, Acidentes ZERO e objeto de avaliação da disciplina de Biossegurança e Ergonomia do 3º período do curso de Odontologia do Centro Universitário UDF e desenvolvido por um grupo de sete discentes de tal disciplina. Realizou-se uma pesquisa das normas e regulamentações para o projeto e construção de um consultório odontológico, a construção de uma maquete modelo e a realização de uma intervenção educativa para consolidação do entendimento sobre o assunto. Resultados: Participaram da intervenção educativa 13 pessoas, tendo sido descartadas do estudo 3 pessoas devido ao fato de não terem respondido o questionário pós intervenção. Comparando os dados dos dois questionários observamos que na primeira questão não houve evolução devido ao fato do índice de assertividade ser igual a 100% em ambas as aplicações. Na segunda questão houve um aumento de 30% no índice de acertos, 60% na terceira questão, 10% na quarta, 20% na quinta, 10% na sexta e 20% na sétima questão. Conclusão: Tendo em vista os resultados obtidos, considerou-se que a intervenção educativa realizada por meio de um vídeo apresentação foi eficaz e contribuiu para a disseminação de conhecimentos acerca das normas e orientações para construção de clínicas e consultórios odontológicos.

Abstract:
The workplace of a surgeon dentist has became one of the most complex and diverse work environments . Beyond the variety of responsibility, these health practitioner must have knowledge of how their workplace should be and which regulations have to be be followed in order to maintain the biosafety and ergonomics.Objectives: Introduce the participants in a didactic and educative way the rules and regulations wihch a dentist has to follow in order to build an work environment that adjust itself on the parameters established by the National Angency of sanitary vigilance - Anvisa.Objectives: Demonstrate the results of an educative interference about the rules to build clinics and odontological offices.Methods: A cross-sectional study accomplished as a part of Accident ZERO an UDF project and object of evaluation in the Biosafety and ergonomics discipline in the third period of the dentistry course of the UDF University and developed by a group of seven students of this subject. In order to consolidate the knowledge about this subject was accomplished a research on the rules and regulations of building and designing an odontological office, was also build a model and a educational intervention about this subject.Results: thirteen people participated of the educational intervention but three of them were dismissed because they haven't responded to the questionnaire after the intervention.Comparing the data of the two questionnaires we are able to observe that in the first question there isn't an evolution, this can be explained by the fact that it had a 100% assiertiveness in both applications. In the second question it had an increase of 30% on the rate of hits, a 60% in the third one, a 10% in the fourth question, a 20% in the fifth, 10% in the sixth and a 20% in the seventh.Conclusion: In view of the results obtained, the educational intervention accomplished using a presentation video was considered effective and contributed in the dissemination of knowledge of orientations on how to build clinics and dentistry offices.
