Relato de intervenção educativa sobre Síndrome do Túnel do Carpo. Projeto UDF, acidentes zero, 2020
LER/DORT é um grupo de patologias que mais acometem os trabalhadores brasileiros nos dias de hoje, tem como uma de suas patologias a Síndrome do Túnel do Carpo (STC). Esta é uma neuropatia do nervo mediano que se caracteriza pela compressão do nervo mediano dentro de uma estrutura punho/mão chamada de "túnel do carpo", ocorrendo sobre o retináculo dos flexores dos punhos e dedos. Analisar o conhecimento em relação a STC, dentro de uma intervenção educativa realizada com familiares e colaboradores de alunos do curso de Odontologia do Centro Universitário do Distrito Federal - UDF, dentro de uma situação de quarentena. Foi implementado um questionário pré e pós intervenção com 10 perguntas através da plataforma online "google forms" e a intervenção feita através da plataforma "powtoon" de animação. Participaram na intervenção 22 pessoas. A maior diferença de acertos ocorreu para as questões 5 e 10, ambas com 100%. Elas tratavam de sintomas específicos da STC e causa maior da síndrome. A menor diferença de acertos ocorreu nas questões 2 e 8, com, respectivamente 50% e 54,6%. Elas tratavam das doenças causadas pela LER e DORT e Diagnósticos diferenciais a Síndrome do Túnel do Carpo. Após a análise no decorrer desse trabalho, foi possível concluir que o objetivo de realização de uma prátiaa educativa sobre LER/DORT e a Síndrome do Túnel do Carpo foi bem sucedida relacionados a intervenção feita com os colaboradores.

Abstract:
RSI/WMSD is a group of pathologies that most affect Brazilian workers today, one of its pathologies being the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). This is a median nerve neuropathy that is characterized by compression of the median nerve within a structure in the wrist/hand called the "carpal tunnel", occurring over the retinaculum of the flexors of the wrists and fingers. Analyze knowledge in relation to CTS, within an educational intervention carried out with family members and collaborators of students from the Dentistry course at the Centro Universitário do Distrito Federal - UDF, within a quarantine situation. A pre and post intervention questionnaire with 10 questions was implemented through the online platform "google forms" and the intervention made through the animation platform "powtoon". 22 people participated in the intervention. The greatest difference in correct answers occurred for questions 5 and 10, both with 100%. They dealt with specific symptoms of CTS and a major cause of the syndrome. The smallest difference in correct answers occurred in questions 2 and 8, with 50% and 54,6%, respectively. They dealt with diseases caused by RSI & WMSD and Differential Diagnoses with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. After analyzing this work, it was possible to conclude that the objective of carrying out an educational practice on RSI/WRMSD and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome was successful related to the intervention made with employees.
