RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA: DESAFIOS E VIVÊNCIA NO COAPES EM UM MUNICÍPIO NO INTERIOR DE MINAS GERAIS
O Contrato Organizativo de Ação Pública de Ensino-Saúde (COAPES) é um dispositivo da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde (PNEPS), instituído pela Portaria Interministerial n° 1.127, de 04 de agosto de 2015, tendo como objetivo reforçar a integração das esferas ensino-serviço-comunidade. O relato de experiência tem como objetivo apresentar os desafios e a vivência do COAPES em um município no interior de Minas Gerais. Apesar de ter sido criado o COAPES na região de São João del-Rei, ainda se observa fragilidades no contrato como o crescimento no número de cursos de ensino superior na área da saúde no município onde o instrumento não fazia previsão. Conclui-se que o COAPES é um dispositivo de extrema importância para o desenvolvimento real da integração ensino-serviço-comunidade. Porém, durante a experiência relatada, foi possível perceber pontos passíveis de melhoria.

Abstract:
The Teaching-Health Public Action Organizational Contract (THPAOC) is the National Policy for Permanent Education in Health (NPPEH) provision, instituted by Interministerial Ordinance No. 1,127, of August 4, 2015, with the objective of reinforcing the integration of the teaching- service-community spheres. The experience report aims to present the challenges and the experience of THPAOC in a city in the interior of Minas Gerais. Although THPAOC was created in the region of São João del-Rei, there are still weaknesses in the contract, the growth in the number of higher education courses in the health area in the municipality does not report courses. It is concluded that THPAOC is an extremely important device for the real development of teaching-service-community integration. However, during the reported experience, it was possible to perceive points that could be improved.
