RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DE UM MOVIMENTO ESTUDANTIL DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO: A FORÇA DA INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE NA GESTÃO
O percurso histórico do discente de pós-graduação é marcado pela potencialidade dos encontros, que são diversos, síncronos ou assíncronos, tais como: grupos de pesquisa, orientações acadêmicas, estágio docente, congressos, aplicação da pesquisa, entre outros. Em acréscimo, destaca-se a atuação na representação discente em colegiados dos cursos. Esta, trata-se de discentes selecionados pelos seus pares, evidenciando o valor do representante discente como um ente legitimamente democrático na universidade. O presente relato tem como proposta materializar o percurso trilhado pelos atores envolvidos, assim como expor o trajeto da Associação de Pós-graduação (APG) da Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei (UFSJ). O movimento em questão teve sua gênese em meio aos debates para a implementação do Ensino Remoto Emergencial, ocasionados pela pandemia SARS-COV 2, e organizou-se em encontros online. A experiência da construção da APG passa, atravessa e toca a vida dos fundadores, sendo que cada integrante que a coordena vem de área disciplinar distinta - arquitetura, enfermagem, engenharia elétrica, pedagogia e psicologia. Da mesma forma, estes também pertencem a diferentes programas de pós-graduação, o que congrega o saber interdisciplinar na consolidação de uma Associação plural. As ações efetivadas atravessam o campo democrático do debate entre os pares, sempre com calorosas e ricas construções: participação ativa no Fórum de APGs Mineiras, criação de estatuto, regimento interno, editais para representantes em colegiados de cursos, editais para representantes e comissões, participação em eventos, contribuição em pesquisas científicas sobre liderança, e criação de um projeto de divulgação de científica das pesquisas realizadas na Instituição - o “Projeto Ciência em Transmissão”. Vislumbra-se que, em longo prazo, a APG possa ser vista como lugar possível de transformações na universidade, de impacto significativo tanto na comunidade estudantil, como na sociedade em geral.

Abstract:
The historical path of graduate students is marked by the potential of meetings, which are diverse, synchronous or asynchronous, such as: research groups, academic orientations, teaching internship, congresses, research application, among others. In addition, the performance on student representation in collegiate courses stands out. This one is about students selected by their peers, evidencing the value of the student representative as a legitimately democratic entity in the university. The present report proposes to materialize the path taken by the actors involved, as well to expose the path of the Graduate Association (APG) of the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ). The movement in question had its genesis in the midst of debates for the implementation of Emergency Remote Teaching, caused by the SARS-COV 2 pandemic, and was organized in online meetings. The experience of building the APG passes through, crosses and touches the lives of the founders, and each member who coordinates it comes from a different disciplinary area - architecture, nursing, electrical engineering, pedagogy and psychology. Likewise, these ones also belong to different postgraduate programs, which brings together interdisciplinary knowledge in the consolidation of a plural Association. The actions carried out cross the democratic field of debate among peers, always with warm and rich constructions: active participation in the Minas Gerais APGs Forum, creation of statutes, internal regulations, notices for representatives in course collegiate, notices for representatives and commissions, participation in events, contribution to scientific research on leadership, and creation of a project to disseminate scientific research carried out at the Institution - the “Science in Transmission Project”. It is envisaged that, in the long term, the APG can be seen as a possible place for transformations in the university, with a significant impact on the student community and on society in general.
