RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DA VIVÊNCIA DE ESTUDANTES DE MEDICINA NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA COM ADOLESCENTE PORTADOR DE TRANSTORNOS MENTAIS
A vivência dos estudantes de Medicina na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), permite uma real imersão no contexto social dos usuários e um olhar ativo para sua estrutura familiar, pois é fato que ambiente familiar se constitui como primeiro cenário para manifestação dos sentimentos . O presente estudo trata-se de um relato de experiência, das vivências de alunos do 5° semestre de Medicina na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), em que se observou o contexto familiar e o enfrentamento de transtornos mentais num adolescente de 13 anos. Observamos durante a consulta que a família está intimamente ligada ao processo saúde-doença, uma vez que o adolescente tem relação conflituosa com o padrasto e a mãe, associado a episódios de agressividade. Durante consulta com o filho, a mãe relata que a gestação não foi desejada e afirma ter usado método abortivo. O paciente encontrava-se em acompanhamento psiquiátrico e estava em uso de ansiolíticos, com má adesão à terapêutica instituída. Neste caso observamos fatores que tornam indispensável somar saberes, do Médico e da família, para que assim se tornem promotores do cuidado ao paciente. Dessa forma, percebemos que a estrutura familiar fragilizase, evidenciando a importância da educação em saúde voltada para os adolescentes, com a finalidade de capacitá-los a decidirem quais estratégias são mais apropriadas para promover, manter e recuperar sua saúde

The experience of medical students in Primary Health Care (PHC)
allows a real immersion in the social context of users and an active look
family structure, since it is a fact that the family environment is the first scenario
constitutes the first scenario for the manifestation of feelings. O
The present study is an experience report of the experiences of 5th
students of the 5th semester of Medicine in the Basic Health Unit (BHU), in which
the family context and the confrontation of mental disorders in a 13 year old adolescent. We observed during the consult that the family is deeply associated to the health-disease process, since the teenager has a conflictive relationship with his stepfather and his mother, associated with episodes of aggressiveness. During the consult with her son, the mother admited the pregnancy was unwanted and claims to have used an abortive method. The patient was being treated for psychiatric disorders and was taking anxiolytics, with poor compliance to the instituted therapy. In this case, we observe factors that make it indispensable to add knowledge of the physician and the family, so that they become promoters of patient care. Thus, we realize that the family structure becomes fragile, highlighting the importance of health education destined for teenagers, with the purpose of enabling them to decide which are most appropriate strategies to promote, maintain, and recover their health.
