RELATO DE CASO: MENINGIOMA MENINGOTELIAL EM PACIENTE COM CEFALÉIA COMO SINTOMA ÚNICO
Considerações iniciais: o meningioma é o tumor intracraniano benigno mais comum e representa um terço de todos os tumores do sistema nervoso. Metodologia: o presente relato foi construído por meio de informações colhidas do paciente, acesso ao prontuário e laudos de exames de imagens e estudo anatomopatológico. Desenvolvimento: A sua sintomatologia é diversa e varia de acordo com o local da lesão. Os exames de imagem são indicados na abordagem diagnóstica e a extração cirúrgica na conduta terapêutica. Conclusão: o relato apresenta o caso de um paciente com queixa única de cefaleia e, após investigação, diagnóstico de meningioma meningotelial.

Abstract:
Initial comments: meningioma is the most common intracranial tumor and represents one-third of all brain tumors. Methods: the present case report was built through information collected from the patient, access to medical records, reports of imaging exams and anatomopathological study. Development: the symptomatology is diverse and vary according to the local of the lesion. Imaging exams are indicated in the diagnostic approach and surgical extraction in the therapeutic management. Conclusion: the case report argues for a patient with a single complaint of headache and, after investigation, a diagnosis of meningothelial meningioma.
