RELAÇÕES INTERPESSOAIS DOS PROFESSORES DE EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL E OS OUTROS ATORES DO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR
O objetivo do presente artigo é conhecer a opinião dos professores de Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) que atuam no município de Jacobina/BA, no que diz respeito a qualidade do relacionamento que eles mantem com os diversos atores sociais que direta ou indiretamente influenciam a sua prática pedagógica. Na metodologia foram selecionados quatorze docentes que aceitaram participar do estudo e estavam enquadrados no seguinte critério de inclusão: que tenham trabalhado como professor de Atendimento Educacional Especializado em escolas municipais de Jacobina, estado da Bahia. Os resultados indicaram que mantem uma boa relação entre os professores que atuam no AEE e os alunos com deficiência, mas também com os outros que atuam e/ou influenciam diretamente no cotidiano da escola, a saber: familiares dos alunos de AEE, os docentes das salas de aula regular, o(a) diretor(a) da escola, o(a) secretário(a) municipal de educação, o(a) coordenador(a) pedagógico e os outros funcionários da escola (pessoal da portaria, limpeza, merenda etc).

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to know the opinion of the Specialized Educational Service (AEE) teachers who work in the city of Jacobina / BA, with regard to the quality of the relationship they maintain with the various social actors that directly or indirectly influence their pedagogical practice. In the methodology, fourteen teachers were selected who agreed to participate in the study and were included in the following inclusion criteria: who have worked as a teacher of Specialized Educational Assistance in municipal schools in Jacobina, state of Bahia. The results indicated that they maintain a good relationship between the teachers who work at the ESA and the students with disabilities, but also with the others who work and / or directly influence the daily life of the school, namely: family members of the ESA students, the teachers of the regular classrooms, the school principal, the municipal education secretary, the pedagogical coordinator and the other school staff (concierge, cleaning, lunch etc).
