REGIÃO METROPOLITANA DE CHAPECÓ: DINÂMICAS REGIONAIS E SUAS TERRITORIALIDADES
O território pode ser idealizado a partir da concepção de como acontecem às relações entre os atores que atuam e interagem neste espaço. Entende-se que a dinâmica de desenvolvimento regional se dá por meio de várias perspectivas, o que induz a compreensão do território de forma multidisciplinar, e auxilia a compreender o que o envolve no seu todo, bem como a natureza das interações entre estes atores no desenvolvimento de uma localidade/região. A Região Metropolitana de Chapecó (RMC) é um exemplo deste processo e, portanto, aqui estudada sob esta ótica. Ao confrontar as informações dos principais agentes fomentadores da região oeste de Santa Catarina: Associações de Municípios, Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Regional e a RMC, visualizou-se o descompasso existente quanto o acesso a financiamentos, o atendimento técnico aos municípios e a compreensão de desenvolvimento regional. O estudo dos núcleos urbanos que compreendem a RMC também contemplou a LC nº104/94 a partir de quatro eixos temáticos: Populacional, Econômico, Mercado de Trabalho e Equipamentos de Infraestrutura, visto serem elementos significativos para a compreensão das territorialidades na escala regional. Todos os dados analisados só reforçaram a exclusão do Município de Cordilheira Alta que não compõe nem a RMC e nem à sua expansão. Pesquisa financiada pela Modalidade Artigo 171 da Constituição do Estado de Santa Catarina e pela Unochapecó.

Abstract:
The territory can be designed from the conception of what happens to the relationship between the actors that act and interact in this space. We understood that the regional development happens through various perspectives, which induces the understanding of the territory in a multidisciplinary way, and helps to understand what involves it in a whole. In a while helps understand the nature of the interactions between these actors in the development of cities / regions. The Metropolitan Area of Chapecó is an example of this process and because it studied here in this vision. By comparing the information of the main promoters agents of the western region of Santa Catarina: Associations of Municipalities, Regional Development Secretariat and the Metropolitan Area of Chapecó, visualized the mismatch as access to funding, technical assistance to municipalities and understanding of regional development. The study of urban centers that comprise the Metropolitan Area of Chapecó also included the Supplementary Law no 104 of 1994 from four themed shaft: Population, Economic, Labour Market and Infrastructure Equipment, as they are significant elements for the understanding of territoriality at the regional scale. All data analyzed only reinforced the exclusion of the City of Cordilheira Alta that does not compose neither Metropolitan Area of Chapecó nor to its expansion.
