REFORMULAÇÕES DOS PROJETOS POLÍTICO-PEDAGÓGICOS DAS INSTITUIÇÕES ESCOLARES MUNICIPAIS
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre as reformulações dos Projetos Político-Pedagógicos (PPP) das Instituições Escolares Municipais de Cambará- Paraná. Pretendemos analisar também as contribuições e o papel dos Conselhos Escolares como instância de vivência democrática no interior das escolas, e sua função na aprovação dos PPP. A questão suscitada é: Quais os desafios que dificultam a elaboração teórico-prática de um PPP, com a participação efetiva dos educadores, inclusive com o constante processo de reformulações dos documentos que norteiam as ações da Escola? Dessa forma, o processo de pesquisa combina os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos: analise documental da legislação educacional atual como: Base Nacional Comum Curricular (2017); Referencial Curricular do Paraná (2018); Brasil (1996), Deliberações e orientações Estaduais (2018) entre outros. As reflexões foram necessárias, a partir da elaboração da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (2017) que determina os objetivos e direitos de aprendizagens dos estudantes durante cada etapa da educação básica. A normatização de uma base comum para todo país torna-se obrigatória às redes de Ensino reelaborarem seus PPP, a serem executados a partir do ano de 2020. O Referencial Curricular do Paraná (2018) segue a estrutura da BNCC, mas traz para a realidade paranaense as discussões sobre os conteúdos curriculares pertinentes ao Estado. Considerando a trajetória de cada Instituição escolar, espera-se que estes documentos da atualidade educacional provoquem um movimento de reflexão, transformação e avanços quanto às práticas pedagógicas.

Abstract:
This paper aims to reflect on the reformulations of the Political- Pedagogical Projects (PPP) of the Municipal School Institutions of Cambará-Paraná. We also intend to analyze, the contributions and the role of the School Councils as an instance of democratic experiences inside schools, and their role in the approval of Political_ Pedagogical Projects. The question raised is: What are the challenges that hinder the theoretical and practical elaboration of a PPP, with the effective participation of educators, including the constant process of reformulation of the documents that guide the actions of the School? Thus, the research process combines the following methodological procedures: documentary analysis of current educational legislation such as: National Common Curricular Base (2017); Paraná's Curriculum Reference (2018); Brazil (1996), Deliberations and State Guidelines (2018) among others. The reflections were necessary, based on the elaboration of the National Common Curricular Base (2017), which determines the objectives and learning rights of students during each stage of basic education. The standardization of a common base for the whole country, it is mandatory for the education networks to re-elaborate their PPP, to be carried out from the year 2020. The Paraná Curriculum Reference (2018) follows the structure of the BNCC, but brings to the Parana's reality the discussions about the curricular contents pertinent to the State. Considering the trajectory of each school Institution, it is expected that these current educational documents will provoke a movement of reflection, transformation and advances regarding pedagogical practices.
