REFORMA TRABALHISTA E SEUS EFEITOS NOS DIREITOS SOCIAIS ADQUIRIDOS: MAIS INFORMALIDADE E MENOS CIDADANIA
Este artigo, extraído de pesquisa em andamento, objetiva analisar a recente Reforma Trabalhista. Estabelecemos como recorte de análise o aumento do trabalho informal como possível efeito ao retrocesso dos direitos sociais trabalhistas. Para tal, estabelecemos como problemática se a reforma foi viável para amenizar a crise nacional e utilizamos o método de pesquisa hipotético-dedutivo, histórico e estatístico, com análise de fontes secundárias e comparativas. Os resultados encaminham para a compreensão de que as relações trabalhistas são essenciais para a consolidação do Estado Democrático Social de Direito e a sua renúncia impede a construção de uma cidadania plena

Abstract:
This article, extracted from ongoing research, aims to analyze the recent Labor Reform. We have established as an analysis cutout the increase in informal work as a possible effect on the rollback of labor social rights. To this end, we have established as problematic whether the reform was feasible to mitigate the national crisis and we used the hypothetical-deductive, historical and statistical research method, with analysis of secondary and comparative sources. The results lead to the understanding that labor relations are essential for the consolidation of the Social Democratic State of Law and his resignation prevents the construction of full citizenship.
