REFLEXÕES SOBRE A DUPLA VULNERABILIDADE: PUERPÉRIO E CARDIOPATIA CONGÊNITA DENTRO DO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19
Objetivo: Refletir sobre a vulnerabilidade puerperal na cardiopatia congênita no período de pandemia por Covid-19, alinhada à constatação do estado de suscetibilidade e demandas de diversas ordens. Método: Estudo teórico reflexivo, construído a partir da análise de referências bibliográficas nacionais e internacionais, com base nos artigos discutidos nas disciplinas da pós-graduação. Resultados: A reflexão foi construída a partir do eixo temático: as dimensões da vulnerabilidade puerperal na cardiopatia congênita no período de pandemia por Covid-19, buscando-se identificar dimensões individuais, sociais e programáticas, refletindo sobre o processo para qualificar o cuidado tendo em vista as necessidades de saúde, atenção dos serviços e os direitos humanos em tempos de pandemia por Covid-19. Conclusão: É reconhecido que a reflexão sobre alguns conceitos possibilita um novo entendimento aliada a releitura necessária para transformar as práticas de atenção à saúde no período de pandemia por Covid-19.

Abstract:
Objective: To reflect about the puerperal vulnerability in congenital heart disease in the Covid-19 pandemic, with the verification of the state of susceptibility and others demands. Method: Reflective theoretical study, built from the analysis of national and international bibliographic references, based on the articles discussed in the graduate courses. Results: The reflection was built from the thematic axis: the dimensions of puerperal vulnerability in congenital heart disease in the pandemic period by Covid-19, seeking to identify individual, social and programmatic dimensions, reflecting on the process to qualify care taking into account in view of health needs, care services and human rights in times of pandemic by Covid-19. Conclusion: It is recognized that the reflection on some concepts enables a new understanding combined with the necessary reinterpretation to transform health care practices in the pandemic period by Covid-19.
