REFLEXÕES SOBRE A ARTICULAÇÃO ENTRE REDE DE PROTEÇÃO À INFÂNCIA E ESCOLAS: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA DO ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR SUPERVISIONADO EM GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL
Este relato de experiência decorreu das atividades desenvolvidas no componente curricular Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão Educacional, que proporcionou atividades e estudos sobre a articulação entre instâncias gestoras de sistemas de ensino, rede de proteção à infância e escolas. O referido estágio foi desenvolvido por acadêmicas do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Maringá por meio de visitas e entrevistas em Instituição Escolar, Conselho Tutelar (CT), Núcleo Regional de Educação de Maringá no Paraná (NRE - Maringá/PR), Organização Educativa Não Governamental e Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Crianças e do Adolescente (CMDCA). Para este relato, optou-se por detalhar e refletir sobre a articulação entre rede de proteção à infância e escolas. Além disso, incide sobre as ações do CT, por ser um órgão de proteção aos direitos da criança e do adolescente. O trabalho demonstrou a importância de os profissionais que atuam na Gestão Escolar, Gestão Educacional e em espaços educativos não escolares, dispor de conhecimentos acerca do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA – Lei nº 8.069) e da rede de proteção à infância, pois observou-se que o conhecimento é um caminho importante para que não se reproduza uma visão distorcida sobre a atuação do CT, em especial, quando é visto como um órgão punitivo ou com a ingenuidade de que sua ação supriria todas as ausências de políticas públicas que garantam o acesso, a permanência e qualidade da educação às crianças e adolescentes.

Abstract:
This experience report resulted from the activities developed in the curricular component Supervised Curriculum Internship in Educational Management, which provided activities and studies on the articulation between management bodies of education systems, the child protection network and schools. This internship was developed by academics of the Pedagogy course at the State University of Maringá through visits and interviews at a School Institution, Tutelary Council (CT), Regional Education Center of Maringá in Paraná (NRE - Maringá/PR), Educational Organization Government and Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA). For this report, we chose to detail and reflect on the articulation between the child protection network and schools. In addition, it focuses on the actions of the CT, as it is an agency for protecting the rights of children and adolescents. The work demonstrated the importance of professionals working in School Management, Educational Management and in non-school educational spaces, to have knowledge about the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA - Law No. 8069) and the child protection network, as it was observed that knowledge is an important way to avoid reproducing a distorted view of the TC's performance, especially when it is seen as a punitive body or with the ingenuity that its action would make up for all the absences of public policies that guarantee access, permanence and quality of education for children and adolescents.
