REDES SOCIAIS DIGITAIS NA EDUCAÇÃO: ESPAÇO DE TROCA DE INFORMAÇÕES NO PROCESSO ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM EM SALA DE AULA
Atualmente as tecnologias digitais, em especial as redes sociais, estão sendo cada vez mais utilizadas como espaço de troca de informações no processo ensino-aprendizagem em sala de aula. E na perspectiva de desvendar e compreender como se desenvolve a mediação pedagógica através da aplicabilidade das redes sociais no processo de ensino-aprendizagem o presente trabalho investigou a percepção de alunos do Curso Técnico em Administração de uma instituição pública de ensino acerca do uso das redes sociais no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Observou-se que as novas tecnologias, em especial as redes sociais digitais, quando atribuídas ao ensino podem contribuir de forma significativa para a compreensão dos conteúdos disciplinares por parte dos alunos devido à boa receptividade dessas redes, uma vez que se sentem motivados e abertos à aprendizagem. Percebeu-se ainda que há uma urgente necessidade de intervenção dos professores na utilização das redes sociais para o auxílio no processo ensino aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Currently, digital technologies, especially social networks, are being increasingly used as a space for exchanging information in the teaching-learning process in the classroom. And from the perspective of unveiling and understanding how pedagogical mediation develops through the applicability of social networks in the teaching-learning process, the present work investigated the perception of students in the Technical Course in Administration of a public educational institution about the use of social networks in the teaching-learning process. It was observed that new technologies, especially digital social networks, when attributed to teaching can contribute significantly to the understanding of disciplinary content by students due to the good receptivity of these networks, since they feel motivated and open to learning. It was also noticed that there is an urgent need for intervention by teachers in the use of social networks to aid in the teaching-learning process.
