QUESTIONÁRIO PARA AVALIAÇÃO DAS VULNERABILIDADES EM SAÚDE DE MULHERES ENCARCERADAS
o aprisionamento feminino no Brasil é um fenômeno em expansão. De 2000 a 2014, a prisão de mulheres aumentou 567%, tendo como causa principal o tráfico de drogas. Tal situação preocupa governos; poder judiciário; equipes multidiciplinares de saúde; instituições religiosas; defensores dos direitos humanos e a sociedade civil em geral. O país tem uma das maiores populações carcerárias do mundo e as condições dos presídios são marcadas por superlotação, precariedade das instalações e cumprimento de penas além do período necessário, numa clara afronta aos direitos humanos. O objetivo desta pesquisa, é elaborar um questionário que possibilite analisar fielmente a qualidade de vida e saúde das mulheres encarceradas na cidade de Maringá-PR ou região, na perspectiva das suas vulnerabilidades em saúde, com base nos direitos a elas constituídos por Lei. Por meio desse questionário outros pesquisadores poderão responder a seguinte problematização: como a situação de encarceramento gera vulnerabilidades que refletem na saúde e na qualidade de vida das mulheres? A hipótese aventada é a de que o direitos humanos, notadamente na área de saúde, estão sendo sistemáticamente negados às mulheres no sistema prisional brasileiro, faltando instrumentos validados e padronizados que demonstrem isso. A metodologia aplicada será a revisão de literatura, a partir dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS), para ao fim elaborar um questionário para avaliação dessas vulnerabilidades, visando conhecer experiências individualizadas.

Abstract:
Female incarceration in Brazil is an expanding phenomenon. From 2000 to 2014, the number of women imprisoned increased 567%, drug traffic being the primary cause of arrest. This situation worries the government; the judicial power; the multidisciplinary team of health care; religious institutions; human rights defenders and the society in general. The country has one of the largest prison populations in the world. Therefore, problems as overcrowding, precarious facilities, and serving sentences beyond the necessary period, which are a clear affront to human rights, are found. In light of that, this research intends to elaborate a questionary that facilitates a reliable analysis of the health and life quality of the incarcerated women in the city and region of Maringá-PR by taking their perspective on the health vulnerabilities, based on their constitutional rights guaranteed by law. Furthermore, this questionary will allow other researchers to answer the following question: how being imprisoned can give rise to vulnerabilities that reflect on the health and life quality of women? The suggested hypothesis is that human rights, noteworthy in the health area, are being systematically denied to women in the Brazilian prison system. On top of that a lack of validated and standardized instruments to demonstrate this. The applied methodology was a literary review issued from the Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS), intending to develop a questionary to assess these vulnerabilities and learn about the individualized experiences.
