QUEIMADAS NA REGIÃO TOCANTINA DO ESTADO DO MARANHÃO NO PERÍODO DE 2010 A 2020: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
As queimadas revelam-se no cenário atual uma problemática a ser discutida urgentemente pela sociedade, . Dado quejá que envolvem não só o fator ambiental, mas desencadeia e traz à tona um desequilíbrio aos biomas e ecossistemas brasileiros. Além de prejuízos à saúde humana e terem seus impactos sentidos em escala global. Assim, essa dissertação pesquisa teve por objetivoobjetivou fazer revisão,um levantamento bibliográfico e documental sobre o fenômeno das queimadas na região Tocantina do Estado do Maranhão, no período de 2010 a 2020, . tendo como foco o cruzamento das literaturas e dados estatísticos sobre a temática. Com o intuito de contextualizar o objeto de estudo deste trabalho, começa-se por traçar um panorama da incidência desse fenômeno na região supracitada. Para o desenvolvimento do estudo, após a contextualização legal e histórica das queimadas, fez-se necessário clarificar, primeiramente, alguns aspectos referentes ao objeto de pesquisa no que diz respeito às abordagens conceituais e legais desse fenômeno. Em seguida, analisam-se as causas e consequências e os dilemas, desafios e os fatores que desencadeiam dificuldades ao enfrentamento a incidência desse fenômeno na região. Por último, por se tratar de um estudo exploratório descritivo com paradigma interpretativo, no qual foi utilizado como instrumento de pesquisa literaturas, dados estatísticos das plataformas de detecção e monitoramento das queimadas para se partir para a fase de análise e discussão dos dados, e por traçar uma análise descritiva e quantitativa, com tratamento de forma interpretativa. A análise e discussão dos resultados evidenciaram quantitativos e localização existe no Estado do Maranhão e na Região de Desenvolvimento do Tocantins Maranhense uma dinâmica da incidência previsível, uma vez que há uma tendência de continuidade no que tange aos registros de incidências de focos que são influenciados por inúmeros fatores entre os quais destacam-se a vegetação e o clima propícios à ignição e propagação desse fenômeno. Enfim, a análise temporal das queimadas dessa região permitiu entender que não são suficientes legislações, eventos discursivos e estudos dessa natureza, mas sobre a temática, mas investimento maciço na educação ambiental e fortalecimento dos órgãos de enfretamento das queimadas na região para efetivo controle, fiscalização e combate com tempo resposta rápido as queimadas e incêndios para se minimizar os efeitos nocivos socioambientais na região e em escala global.

Abstract:
In the current scenario, fires are a problem to be urgently discussed by society, as they involve not only the environmental factor, but also trigger and bring to light an imbalance in Brazilian biomes and ecosystems. In addition to harming human health and having its impacts felt on a global scale. Thus, this dissertation aimed to review, bibliographical and documentary research on the phenomenon of fires in the Tocantina region of the State of Maranhão from 2010 to 2020, focusing on the intersection of literature and statistical data on the subject. In order to contextualize the object of study of this work, we begin by drawing an overview of the incidence of this phenomenon in the aforementioned region. For the development of the study, after the legal and historical contextualization of the fires, it was necessary to clarify, first, some aspects related to the research object with regard to the conceptual and legal approaches to this phenomenon. Then, the causes and consequences, dilemmas, challenges and factors that trigger difficulties in facing the incidence of this phenomenon in the region are analyzed. Finally, as this is an exploratory descriptive study with an interpretive paradigm, in which literature, statistical data from the fire detection and monitoring platforms was used as a research tool to start the data analysis and discussion phase, and by trace a descriptive and quantitative analysis, with an interpretive treatment. The analysis and discussion of the results showed quantitative and localization, in the State of Maranhão and in the Development Region of Tocantins Maranhense, a predictable incidence dynamics, since there is a continuity trend with regard to the incidence records of outbreaks that are influenced by numerous factors, among which the vegetation and climate that favor the ignition and propagation of this phenomenon stand out. Finally, the temporal analysis of the fires in this region allowed us to understand that legislation, discursive events and studies of this nature are not enough, but on the subject, but massive investment in environmental education and strengthening of the fire fighting bodies in the region for effective control, inspection and combating fires and fires with rapid response time to minimize harmful social and environmental effects in the region and on a global scale.
