Abstract: Quality in education is a fundamental principle that drives the development of societies and the individual growth of students, not limited to the mere transfer of knowledge, but encompasses the promotion of Meaningful Learning, in which students deeply understand concepts and see the relevance of what they are learning. This work's methodology was a bibliographic review to address quality in education, which depends on qualified teachers, who have solid knowledge and pedagogical skills to engage and motivate students. The school must have adequate infrastructure, well-equipped classrooms, access to technology and up-to-date teaching materials. Furthermore, promoting diversity and inclusion enriches the environment and makes it more equitable. The curriculum must be relevant, up-to-date and balanced to prepare students for the real world. Assessment should be fair and meaningful, using a variety of methods to measure students' understanding and skills. The commitment of everyone involved is also essential, from governments that must invest in educational resources to schools that must create an environment conducive to learning. Ultimately, quality in education is an ongoing journey, shaping not only the present but also the future of generations. By focusing on Meaningful Learning, Qualified Teachers, Adequate Infrastructure, Relevant Curriculum, and Fair and Meaningful Assessment, we can create school environments that promote student growth and development, contributing to a more equitable and prosperous society.
