QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO INFLUENCIANDO NA PRODUTIVIDADE DE TRABALHADORES DE CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL- UM ESTUDO DE CASO
Relacionou-se neste estudo a
Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho e a produtividade
em trabalhadores da construção civil, deste
modo , efetivou-se um estudo descritivo
com abordagem quanti-qualitativa, através
de questionário autoaplicável e entrevistas
individuais em uma população de trabalhadores
atuantes em uma mineradora na região do
Sudeste Goiano. Nos resultados quantitativos
observa-se a predominância de indivíduos do
gênero masculino, com idade de 20 a 29 anos,
possuindo baixa escolaridade com faixa salarial
abaixo da média nacional. Após a análise das
entrevistas com os trabalhadores acerca da
percepção da qualidade de vida no trabalho e
produtividade, foram atribuídas três categorias
no processo de codificação, sendo elas: Valores
Organizacionais; Processo de Trabalho e
Relações Interpessoais. Neste estudo de caso,
nota-se que de maneira geral a produtividade
é afetada em relação ao grau de satisfação do
indivíduo impactando diretamente na qualidade
de vida no trabalho.

Abstract:
This study correlates Quality
Working in Life and productivity the construction
workers, so a descriptive study with quantiqualitative
approach was carried out through the
self-administered questionnaire and individual
interviews in a population of construction
workers in a mining company in the region
of Southeast Goiano. Quantitative results
show a predominance of male, ranging from
20 to 29 years of age, with schooling below
the national average. After an analysis of the
interviews regards the perceptions of workers
about quality working life and productivity,
three category were created in the process of
codification, being: Organizational Values; Work
Process and Interpersonal Relationships. In
this case study, it is noticed that in general the
productivity is affected by relation between the
degree of satisfaction of the individual impacting
directly on the quality of life at work.
