QUAIS OS FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM A ADESÃO AO TRATAMENTO ANTIRRETROVIRAL? PERSPECTIVAS DOS PROFISSIONAIS DO SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO ESPECIALIZADO
O tratamento das pessoas que
vivem com HIV/AIDS (PVHA) tem avançado
muito, ampliando a sobrevida, minimizando os
efeitos adversos e proporcionando qualidade
de vida dos pacientes. No Brasil, o tratamento
do HIV/AIDS e o acompanhamento clinico e
laboratorial são oferecidos gratuitamente, em
serviços especializados e por meio de equipes
multiprofissionais. Sabendo que a adesão
ao tratamento é fator decisivo para manter a
qualidade de vida dos pacientes e impedir a
transmissão da doença, o grupo tutorial do
Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho em
Saúde – PET-SAÚDE Gradua-SUS, durante
sua no Serviço de Atenção Especializada da
Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Passo Fundo/
RS, investigou quais os fatores que influenciam
a adesão ao tratamento antirretroviral (TARV).
Tendo como foco a percepção dos profissionais
de saúde, foi desenvolvido um estudo
observacional e exploratório, de abordagem
qualitativa, onde foram abordados oito
profissionais da saúde que atuam no serviço,
maiores de 18 anos e que tenham um vinculo
mínimo de 60 dias com o SAE. A coleta de
dados utilizou a técnica de grupo focal e os
resultados foram interpretados pela análise de
conteúdo. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê
de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade de Passo
Fundo (Parecer 1.842.666). Com os resultados
alcançados, espera-se oferecer subsídios aos pacientes e a equipe do SAE para qualificar a adesão ao TARV, além de identificar estratégias
que promovam melhorias no cuidado integral das pessoas vivendo com HIV/AIDS

Abstract:
The treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) has been
increased, elevating the survival, minimizing the adverse effects and giving a better
quality of life to patients. In Brazil, the treatment of HIV/AIDS and the clinical and
laboratorial follow are free, at specialized centers of STI and HIV/AIDS and by a
multi-professionals teams. Knowing that the adherence to treatment is a major
factor in the quality of life and to stop the disease’s transmission, the tutorial group
of Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho - PET-SAÚDE Gradua-SUS (a government
program of education and work in health), during the work at Serviço de Atendimento
Especializado da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Passo Fundo/RS, the regional
specialized center, investigated which factor are associated with the adherence to
antiretroviral treatment (ART). Focusing the perspectives of the professionals, an
observational and exploratory study was developed, with qualitative approach, where
eight health professionals from the service were addressed, all older than 18 years
old and with more than 60 days at the center. The data collection utilized the focus
group technique and the results were interpreted by the content analysis. The research
was endorsed by the Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade de Passo Fundo
(number 1.842.666). With the results, we aim to help the patients and the specialized
center in STI and HIV/AIDS to qualify the adherence to ART, as well as identify
strategies that promote the improvement of integral care of people living with HIV/AIDS.
