PSICOLOGIA ORGANIZACIONAL E O SETOR DE TREINAMENTO E DESENVOLVIMENTO: EXPERIÊNCIA DE ESTÁGIO MEDIANTE ENSINO REMOTO NUMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR (IES)
O artigo tem por objetivo expor a experiência, enquanto estudante de graduação, de cursar a disciplina de Estágio Supervisionado em Psicologia e Processos Sócio - Institucional I no modo remoto em tempos de pandemia. Também tem por objetivo transmitir o conhecimento adquirido, mediante as aulas, acerca do trabalho desenvolvido pelo psicólogo organizacional no setor de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, demonstrando o quanto é importante o processo de treinamento e desenvolvimento dentro da organização e como o psicólogo organizacional atua nesse ambiente organizacional.

Abstract:
The article aims to expose the experience, as a graduate student, of taking the subject of Supervised Internship in Psychology and Socio - Institutional processes I in remote mode through pandemic times. The article aims to transfer the knowledge acquired, through classes, about the work developed by the organizational psychologist in the Training and Development sector, demonstrating how important the training and development process is within the organization and how the organizational psychologist works in this organizational environment.
