PROTOCOLO DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO PACIENTE COMO MEDIDA DE SEGURANÇA HOSPITALAR: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A segurança do paciente consiste na diminuição de danos comuns ou com risco eminente a vida para um mínimo aceitável, segundo preconiza a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS). À vista disso, o Ministério da Saúde (MS) instituiu, em 25 de julho de 2013, a resolução-RDC n° 36, a qual tem por objetivo fundar ações à garantia da segurança do paciente, aplicando-se a todos os serviços de saúde. Ademais, foi estabelecido o Programa Nacional de Segurança do Paciente (PNSP) almejando programar medidas educativas voltadas à cuidados do paciente em diferentes áreas dos serviços de saúde, por meio, da institucionalização do Núcleos de Segurança do Paciente em unidades hospitalares de médio e grande porte (BRASIL, 2013). A partir disso, objetivou-se relatar a experiência de graduandos em enfermagem, da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA), na realização de uma ação educativa no Hospital Regional de Tucuruí (HRT), com o tema “Identificação do Paciente”, as principais dúvidas na garantia da qualidade dos cuidados fornecidos aos clientes. Dessa forma, trata-se de ação de intervenção de natureza descritiva, em formato de relato de experiência no HRT, aplicando o método da problematização do Arco de Maguerez, por meio, de 05 etapas: observação da realidade, pontos-chave, teorização, hipóteses de solução e execução na realidade. Em suma, a referida ação foi de suma importância para formação acadêmica das alunas envolvidas, pois, instiga o zelo pelo cuidado com o cliente, aumentando o nível de satisfação da comunidade assistida pela equipe de saúde além de promover uma ação de educação permanente satisfatória no que tange a mudança de comportamento parcial na atuação da equipe e promoção do bem estar do paciente.

Abstract:
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), patient safety is related to reducing the risk of unnecessary damage to an acceptable minimum. Therefore, on July 25, 2013, the Ministry of Health (MOH) instituted Resolution-RDC No. 36, which aims to found actions for the promotion of patient safety, applying to all services of health. In addition, the National Patient Safety Program (PNSP) was established with the objective of programming educational measures aimed at patient care in different areas of care and organization of health services through the implementation of risk management and Safety Centers of the Patient in health establishments (BRASIL, 2013). From that, aimed to report the experience of undergraduate nursing students, from the State University of Pará (UEPA), in carrying out an educational action at the Tucuruí Regional Hospital (HRT), with the theme “Patient Identification”, showing the main questions in promoting the quality of care provided to customers. Thus, this is an intervention action of a descriptive nature, in the form of an experience report at HRT, using the problematization method of the Arco de Maguerez, which consists of five stages: observation of reality, key points, theorizing, hypotheses solution and application to reality. We concluded that this action was of paramount importance for the academic education of the students involved, as it instigates zeal for care for the client, increasing the level of satisfaction of the community assisted by the health team, in addition to promoting a permanent education action satisfactory regarding the partial behavior change in the team's performance and promotion of the patient's well-being.
