PROTEÇÃO DOS DADOS PESSOAIS E A TRATAMENTO DELES MOTIVADA PELO INTERESSE PÚBLICO
O presente artigo analisa como a tecnologia e a Internet podem afetar os direitos humanos e o pode ser utilizada uma pandemia ou o interesse público e desrespeitar a democracia e os direitos fundamentais. Os direitos humanos e a cidadania devem ser a prioridade. O artigo também analisa que o tratamento de dados pessoais facilita a violação do direito à privacidade e os direitos humanos. Conclui-se que os cidadãos devem estar conscientes dos seus direitos e vigilantes, pois, embora os direitos humanos sejam reconhecidos no Brasil, isso não significa que serão respeitados, pois a tecnologia pode proporcionar um estado de vigilância.

Abstract:
The article examines how technology and Internet can affect human rights and how can be used a pandemic or public interest as an excuse to disrespect the democracy and fundamental rights. The human rights and citizenship must be the priority. The article also analyzes that treatment of personal data makes easier to violet the right of privacy and human rights. The proposed analysis leads to the conclusion that the citizen must be aware of their rights and vigilant, because even though the human rights are already recognized in Brazil, it does not mean that will be respected because the technology can lead up a surveillance state.
