PROPOSTAS DE INSTRUMENTOS MEDIACIONAIS PARA FOMENTAR A QUALIDADE DAS RELAÇÕES INTERPESSOAIS NO AMBIENTE DE SALA DE AULA VIRTUAL
No ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) MOODLE as habilidades sociais dos indivíduos são comumente exercidas por meio da linguagem escrita, pois a comunicação é predominantemente textual. Dessa forma, o professor não tem acesso direto aos recursos verbais e não verbais dos alunos e assim, não consegue decodificar as dificuldades e necessidades individuais deles; o que dificulta o processo de interação, prejudicando a qualidade das relações interpessoais que acaba por interferir negativamente no desempenho dos alunos. Por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa explicativa, demonstrou-se como a implementação de encontros virtuais ao vivo pelo GOOGLE MEET possibilitou uma maior interação entre professor-aluno; aluno-aluno e aluno conteúdo trabalhado; contribuindo para a mudança de um comportamento passivo dos alunos, direcionando-os para um real potencial de aprendizado, formulação de ideias e solução de problemas.

Abstract:
In moodle virtual learning environment (AVA) individuals' social skills are commonly exercised through written language, as communication is predominantly textual. Thus, the teacher does not have direct access to the verbal and nonverbal resources of the students and thus cannot decode their individual difficulties and needs; which hinders the interaction process, impairing the quality of interpersonal relationships that ends up negatively interfering in the students' performance. Through an explanatory qualitative research, it was demonstrated how the implementation of live virtual meetings by GOOGLE MEET enabled a greater interaction between teacher-student; student-student and student content worked; contributing to the change of passive behavior of students, directing them to a real potential for learning, formulating ideas and problem solving.
