PROPOSTA DE UM ÍNDICE DE RASTREABILIDADE E CONTROLE SOCIAL DA PRODUÇÃO ORGÂNICA DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR NA AMAZÔNIA BRASILEIRA
No Brasil, a partir de agosto de 2021, torna-se obrigatória a rastreabilidade das cadeias produtivas de vegetais frescos destinados à alimentação humana. A rastreabilidade é uma ferramenta que permite identificar a origem do produto, com registros de informações que possibilitam o controle e o monitoramento das atividades produtivas, necessárias para a garantia da qualidade dos produtos. Portanto, esse trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um índice de rastreabilidade para os produtos orgânicos da agricultura familiar, a partir da análise dos indicadores de identificação de informação, melhoria do processo, comunicação, diretrizes da agricultura orgânica, segurança e qualidade alimentar em uma abordagem participativa. Analisou-se a base de dados do “Projeto Rede de Negócios Sustentáveis Urupadí (RENESU)”, para caracterização das propriedades rurais dos agricultores familiares afiliados à Associação dos Agricultores Familiares do Alto Urupadí – AAFAU. Desta forma, elaborou-se uma proposta de um índice de rastreabilidade para produtos orgânicos da agricultura familiar – IRast, a partir de cinco indicadores e 46 variáveis relacionadas as informações de registros dos processos produtivos, das diretrizes da agricultura orgânica e dos procedimentos para controle social da qualificação da produção. Os resultados desta experiência nos indicam que o IRast pode garantir aos agentes públicos e consumidores às informações sobre os produtos orgânicos, bem como contribuir com os agricultores familiares no planejamento e melhoria do processo produtivo.

Abstract:
In Brazil, starting from august of 2021, it becomes mandatory the traceability of the productive chains of fresh vegetables destined to the human consume. The traceability is a tool that allows to identify the origin of the product, with records of information that allows the control and the monitoring of the productive activities, needed to ensure the quality of the products. Therefore, this assignment has as objective to develop an index of traceability for the organic products from the family agriculture, from the analyzes of the information identification indicators, improvement of the process, communication, organic agriculture guidelines, security and food quality in a participatory approach. It was analyzed the database of the ``Projeto Rede de Negocios Sustentaveis Urupadi (RENESU)`` (Urupadi Sustainable Business Network Project), to the characterization of the rural property of the family agriculturists affiliated to the ``Associacao dos Agricultores Familiares do Alto Urupadi – AAFAU`` (Alto Urupadi Family Agriculturists Association). That way, it was elaborated a propose of traceability index for the organic products from the family agriculture – IRAST, starting from five indicators and 46 variables related to the information from the productive process record, from the organic agriculture guidelines and from the procedures for social control of the production qualification. The results of this experience indicated that the IRAST may guarantee to the public agents and consumers the information about the organic products, as well to contribute with the family agriculturists in the planing and improvement of the productive process.
