PROPOSTA DE PLANO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS PARA AS ÁREAS DE RESSACA DE MACAPÁ- AP
O aumento da geração de resíduos
sólidos ocorre simultaneamente ao crescimento
demográfico, esta geração excessiva tornase
um problema constante a ser controlado
por diversos setores da sociedade. Na
cidade de Macapá existem inúmeras bacias
de acumulação de água, influenciadas pelo
regime das marés, dos rios e das chuvas, estes
ambientes são conhecidos localmente com
áreas de ressaca. A ocupação irregular desses
ambientes gera diversos problemas de âmbitos
socioambiental e de saúde pública, haja vista
que são espaços que não recebem saneamento
e visando está problemática, o presente
trabalho propõe a criação e implementação de
um plano de gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos
com intuito de minimizar a de geração de lixo
e conscientizar a população. A partir disto,
foram realizadas visitas in loco em duas áreas
de ressaca localizadas em bairros distintos
da cidade, para reconhecimento e análise da
área de estudo e dar-se início a elaboração do
plano. Notou-se que a ausência de coleta de
lixo nas áreas de estudo, ocasiona um acúmulo
mensal de 3,650 toneladas de lixo, assim,
sendo necessária a efetivação de um plano de
gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos que atenda
todas as áreas de ressaca do estado, abonando
destinação correta a este lixo.

Abstract:
The increase in the generation
of solid waste occurs simultaneously with the
demographic growth, this excessive generation
becomes a constant problem to be controlled
by diverse sectors of the society. In the city
of Macapá there are numerous basins of
water accumulation, influenced by the regime
of the tides, the rivers and the rains, these
environments are known locally with areas of
hangover. The irregular occupation of these
environments generates several problems of
socioenvironmental and public health scopes,
since they are spaces that do not receive
sanitation and aiming at this problem, the present
work proposes the creation and implementation
of a solid waste management plan with the
purpose of minimizing the generation of garbage
and raise awareness of the population. From

this, on-site visits were carried out in two areas of hangover located in different districts
of the city, to recognize and analyze the study area and to begin drawing up the plan. It
was noted that the absence of garbage collection in the study areas, causes a monthly
accumulation of 3,650 tons of garbage, thus, it is necessary to carry out a solid waste
management plan that covers all hangover areas of the state, paying destination for
this waste.
