PROMOVENDO SAÚDE AOS ALUNOS ESPECIAIS DA ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PAIS E AMIGOS DOS EXCEPCIONAIS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
As crianças com necessidades especiais precisam de cuidados diferenciados/especiais por toda a vida, e para se obter um tratamento deve-se eliminar ou contornar as dificuldades que existem em função de suas limitações, sejam elas emocional, intelectual ou social. Assim, o objetivo desse estudo foi relatar a experiência vivenciada na realização de atividades de educação em saúde às crianças com deficiência intelectual e múltipla da Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais da cidade de Eloi Mendes-MG. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, com vivência direta do pesquisador. A população de estudo correspondeu aos alunos de uma sala de aula do período vespertino, na faixa etária de 05 a 11 anos, com síndrome de Down e Transtorno espectro autista. O tema abordado para a realização da atividade foi a higiene corporal. As atividades de educação para saúde foram desenvolvidas da seguinte forma: Primeiro e Segundo momento: participação da rotina da sala com brincadeiras e musica para estabelecer o processo de comunicação e socialização. Terceiro e Quarto momento: apresentação do material de higiene corporal e demonstração com pratica. Quinto e Sexto momento: realização da higiene Corporal. Diante desta perspectiva, com o uso de ferramentas lúdicas, brincadeiras e explicações com demonstração, obteve-se um ótimo resultado. Pois foi possível conciliar a teoria e a pratica de uma maneira divertida, adentrando no mundo deles e com isso levando ao aprendizado. A partir dessa experiência, pode-se observar a importância da inserção do profissional enfermeiro no processo de educação em saúde no âmbito escolar, acerca de hábitos fundamentais para a qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
Children with special needs need special / differentiated care throughout their lives, and in order to obtain treatment, one must eliminate or overcome the difficulties that exist due to their limitations, be they emotional, intellectual or social. Thus, the objective of this study was to report the experience of health education activities to children with intellectual and multiple disabilities of the Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional in the city of Eloi Mendes-MG. Methodology: This is an experience report, with direct experience of the researcher. The study population corresponded to the students of a classroom of the afternoon period, in the age group of 05 to 11 years, with Down syndrome and autistic spectrum disorder. The subject approached for the accomplishment of the activity was the corporal hygiene. The activities of health education were developed as follows: First and Second moments: participation of the routine of the room with games and music to establish the process of communication and socialization. Third and fourth moment: presentation of the material of corporal hygiene and demonstration with practice. Fifth and Sixth moments: corporal hygiene. From this perspective, with the use of play tools, jokes and explanations with demonstration, a great result was obtained. For it was possible to reconcile theory and practice in an entertaining way, entering into their world and thus leading to learning. From this experience, it is possible to observe the importance of the insertion of the nurse professional in the process of health education in the school context, about habits that are fundamental for the quality of life.
