PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE MATERNO INFANTIL: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NO BANCO DE LEITE HUMANO
De acordo com a Organização Mundial de Saúde o aleitamento materno deve ser exclusivo até o sexto mês do lactente, e após esta idade, deve ser complementado e mantido até os dois anos ou mais. A Rede Brasileira de Bancos de Leite Humano possui a missão de promover, proteger e apoiar o aleitamento materno, coletar e distribuir leite humano com qualidade certificada e contribuir para a diminuição da mortalidade infantil. Este estudo propõe relatar a experiência dos discentes do Curso de Fonoaudiologia da Universidade Pública na promoção da saúde materno infantil no Centro de Referência Estadual de Banco de Leite Humano (CRE-BLH) de um Hospital Universitário. Foi um estudo transversal, descritivo do tipo relato de experiência, realizado entre outubro de 2019 a janeiro de 2020, por discentes do Curso de Fonoaudiologia. A assistência fonoaudiológica foi realizada em quatro momentos: 1. Acolhimento e escuta ativa, 2. Avaliação fonoaudiológica do recém-nascido, 3. Observação e intervenção fonoaudiológica e, 4. Orientações. Além da intervenção no CRE-BLH, houve a participação dos discentes nas estratégias de divulgação e campanhas de amamentação e doação de leite humano. Este estudo permitiu que as discentes do Curso de Fonoaudiologia adquirissem o aprendizado teórico-prático na área do cuidado materno infantil no CRE-BLH, propiciando maiores conhecimentos para a formação profissional.

Abstract:
According to the World Health Organization, breastfeeding must be exclusive until the sixth month of the infant, and after this age, it must be supplemented and maintained until the age of two or more. The Brazilian Network of Human Milk Banks has a mission to promote, protect and support breastfeeding, collect and distribute human milk with certified quality and contribute to the reduction of infant mortality. This study proposes to report the experience of the students of the Speech Therapy Course at the Public University in promoting maternal and child health at the State Reference Center of the Human Milk Bank (CRE-BLH) of a University Hospital. It was a cross-sectional, descriptive study of the experience report type, carried out between 2019 and January 2020, by students of the Speech Therapy Course. Speech therapy assistance was carried out in four moments: 1. Welcoming and active listening, 2. Speech therapy assessment of the newborn, 3. Speech therapy observation and intervention, and 4. Orientations. In addition to the intervention at CRE-BLH, there was the participation of students in the dissemination strategies and breastfeeding and human milk donation campaigns. This study values the students of the Speech Therapy Course to acquire theoretical and practical learning in the area of maternal child care at CRE-BLH, providing greater knowledge for professional training.
