PROJETO ÉTICO-POLÍTICO DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL: SUBSÍDIOS PARA O EXERCÍCIO DA PRÁTICA PROFISSIONAL
Este artigo objetiva a reflexão de subsídios teórico-práticos para o fazer profissional dos/as Assistentes Sociais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de natureza qualitativa, realizada com 07 (sete) Assistentes Sociais em um hospital público no município de Ilhéus-BA, no mês de abril do ano de 2014, com o objetivo de averiguar se durante o exercício da prática profissional, os/as Assistentes Sociais se apropriam do Projeto Ético-Político para formulação de propostas de trabalho que vão além das demandas institucionais e identificar os instrumentos incorporados pelos Assistentes Sociais, que coadunam na materialização da relativa autonomia. Para alcançar os objetivos proposto, foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado tendo em vista a possibilidade de melhor compreensão dos participantes nas perguntas. Os resultados do estudo revelaram que os profissionais utilizam o projeto Ético-Político e Código de Ética no cotidiano da sua prática enquanto instrumento de defesa da garantia dos direitos dos usuários, dentro do limite da sua autonomia. Espera-se que as discussões elencadas no decorrer do trabalho, contribuam para a compreensão e fortalecimento coletivo frente ao cenário atual de precarização do trabalho.

Abstract:
This article aims to reflect on theoretical-practical subsidies for the professional work of Social Workers. This is a qualitative descriptive research, carried out with 07 (seven) Social Workers in a public hospital in the municipality of Ilhéus-BA, in April 2014, with the objective of verifying whether during the exercise of the practice professional, the Social Assistants take ownership of the Ethical-Political Project to formulate work proposals that go beyond institutional demands and identify the instruments incorporated by Social Assistants, which contribute to the materialization of relative autonomy. To achieve the proposed objectives, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied with a view to the possibility of better understanding of the participants in the questions. The results of the study revealed that professionals use the Ethical-Political project and Code of Ethics in their daily practice as an instrument to defend the guarantee of users' rights, within the limits of their autonomy. It is expected that the discussions listed during the work, contribute to the collective understanding and strengthening in the face of the current precarious work scenario.
