PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO MULHER SAUDÁVEL: UM TRABALHO MULTIDISCIPLINAR DE EDUCAÇÃO INDIVIDUAL E COLETIVA DESENVOLVIDO EM INSTITUIÇÃO HOSPITALAR
O Projeto de Extensão Mulher Saudável (PEMS) foi criado em 2006 com a articulação da Faculdades Pequeno Príncipe (FPP), Central de Atendimento ao Colaborador do Complexo Pequeno Príncipe e Laboratório parceiro. Tem como objetivos a efetivação das ações individuais e coletivas, a promoção de saúde às trabalhadoras de instituição hospitalar por meio da educação e a efetivação do ensino prático multidisciplinar, que vem fortalecer a formação universitária. Oportuniza a participação de estudantes de todos os cursos da FPP. As ações individuais destinam-se a consultas multiprofissionais para a prevenção do câncer de colo uterino e mama e as ações coletivas destinam-se a educação sobre variados temas como câncer de colo uterino; tabagismo; violência contra a mulher; alcoolismo; menopausa; sedentarismo e uso racional de medicamentos que demandaram da saúde das mulheres trabalhadoras deste local. Os objetivos foram: descrever a experiência dos extensionistas nas ações ofertadas pelo PEMS durante o ano de 2019 e evidenciar, por meio da literatura, como ocorre a multidisciplinariedade no ensino da saúde, da pesquisa e da extensão com foco nas mulheres trabalhadoras. As ações de educação coletiva foram desenvolvidas nos postos de trabalhos, em espaços estratégicos do hospital utilizando-se de materiais didáticos, lúdicos e criativos. Para alicerçar as evidências científicas, utilizou-se o método da Revisão Narrativa de Literatura, com acesso as bases de dados LILACS, SCIELO, PUBMED e MEDLINE, publicações de 2010 a 2021, escritos em inglês e/ou português, texto completo disponível por meio dos descritores: Equipe de Assistência ao Paciente; Extensão Comunitária; Mulheres Trabalhadoras; Saúde das Mulheres, resultando 17 artigos analisados. A realização dessas atividades permitiu aos extensionistas experiências práticas de assistência, de educação e de vivência multidisciplinar tornando-os profissionais diferenciados por uma formação metodologicamente ativa e apoiados em evidencias científicas bem como possibilitou beneficiar comunidade atendida pelo projeto por meio da prevenção e promoção de saúde.

Abstract:
The Healthy Woman Extension Project (HWEP) was created in 2006 with the articulation of Little Prince College (LPC), the Employee Assistance Center of the Little Prince Complex and a partner laboratory. Its objectives are to carry out individual and collective actions, health promotion for hospital workers through education and the implementation of multidisciplinary practical teaching, which strengthens university formation. It provides opportunities for the participation of students from all LPC courses. Individual actions are aimed at multidisciplinary consultations for the prevention of cervical and breast cancer, and collective actions are aimed at education on various topics such as cervical cancer; smoking; violence against women; alcoholism; menopause; sedentary lifestyle and rational use of medicines which demands the health of working women in this place. The objectives were: to describe the experience of extension workers in the actions offered by the HWEP during 2019 and to show, through the literature, how multidisciplinarity occurs in the teaching of health, research and extension with a focus on working women. Collective education actions were developed at work stations, in strategic spaces of the hospital, using educational, playful and creative materials. To support the scientific evidence, the Narrative Literature Review method was used, with access to the LILACS, SCIELO, PUBMED and MEDLINE databases, publications from 2010 to 2021, written in English and/or Portuguese, full text available through descriptors: Patient Care Team; Community-Institutional Relations; Women Working; Women's Health, resulting in 17 articles analyzed. The performance of these activities allowed extensionists practical experiences of assistance, education and multidisciplinary experience, making them professionals distinguished by a methodologically active training and supported by scientific evidence, as well as enabling the benefit of the community served by the project through prevention and health promotion.
