PROJETO CONVERSA NOS BASTIDORES – HOMEM EM PAUTA
É um projeto desafiador iniciado há 06 anos no Sesc/AL. Este vem ganhando cada vez mais adesão por parte do público masculino idoso participante da ação. A ação foi uma iniciativa da equipe do Trabalho Social com Grupos- TSG junto com estagiárias de Serviço Social. Observando os idosos integrantes do TSG percebeu-se que não havia uma identificação destes com as ações propostas nos encontros semanais (reuniões de convivência). Assim, foi pensada uma forma de individualizar a ação para o recorte masculino do grupo, e nasceu o projeto conversa nos bastidores: homem em pauta. A metodologia contemplou rodas de conversa sobre diversas temáticas, dinâmicas de grupo, exibição monitorada de vídeos seguidas de debates, atividades externas como torneios de jogos de salão, movimentação, vivências entre outras. As ações foram realizadas por meio de trabalho interdisciplinar com parceiros internos e externos o que proporcionou o fortalecimento e ampliação do acesso. O grupo foi formado por demanda espontânea estimulando sempre o compartilhamento de saberes, experiências e projetos de vida. O projeto tem periodicidade bimestral. É planejada e acompanhada pela equipe do TSG. O impacto dos encontros é sistematizado em relatórios sistemáticos. A ação se configurou como um espaço de protagonismo masculino, de ampliação da rede socioafetiva, de reflexão sobre temáticas inerentes ao universo masculino o que tem despertado interesse de muitos idosos que antes não apresentavam interesse ativo nas ações. Essa tem oportunizado tanto crescimento e amadurecimento da equipe quanto do público participantes.

Abstract:
It is a challenging project started 06 years ago in Sesc/AL. This is gaining more and more support from the elderly male audience participating in the action. The action was an initiative of the Social Work team with TSG Groups together with Social Work interns. Observing the elderly members of the TSG, it was noticed that there was no identification of these with the actions proposed in the weekly meetings (meetings of coexistence). Thus, a way was thought of to individualize the action for the male cutout of the group, and the project conversation behind the scenes was born: man on the agenda. The methodology included conversation wheels on various themes, group dynamics, monitored video display followed by debates, external activities such as indoor game tournaments, movement, experiences among others. The actions were carried out through interdisciplinary work with internal and external partners, which provided the strengthening and expansion of access. The group was formed by spontaneous demand, always stimulating the sharing of knowledge, experiences and life projects. The project has a bimonthly periodicity.
It is planned and accompanied by the TSG team. The impact of the meetings is systematized in systematic reports. The action was configured as a space of male protagonism, of expansion of the socioaffective network, of reflection on themes inherent to the male universe, which has aroused the interest of many elderly who previously did not have an active interest in actions. This has made it possible for both the growth and maturation of the team and the participating public.
