PROGRAMAÇÃO NEUROLINGUÍSTICA ASSOCIADA À LIDERANÇA E REDUÇÃO DE RUÍDOS NA COMUNICAÇÃO INTERPESSOAL
No sistema interno de gestão
empresarial são encontrados diversos
inconvenientes relacionados ao endomarketing.
Com tais problemas, diversas propostas são
formuladas, entre elas, vem a Programação
Neurolinguística que, ganhando cada vez
mais força, provou-se alternativa viável nos
esportes, com o gerenciamento de equipes
esportivas, bem como na gestão de pessoas
nas empresas. A Programação Neurolinguística
apresenta-se não apenas como resolução, mas
como inovação aos atuais modelos de gestão
de pessoas, tratando fatores psicológicos
motivacionais, ponto que ainda deve ser tratado,
tendo em conta as perspectivas atuais acerca
dos modelos de gestão de pessoas.

Abstract:
In the internal system of business
management are found several drawbacks
related to endomarketing. With these problems,
several proposals are formulated, among
them, comes Neurolinguistic Programming,
which, with increasing force, has proven to
be a viable alternative in sports, with the
management of sports teams, as well as in
the management of people in companies.
Neurolinguistic Programming seeks not only
the resolution, but the innovation in the current
models of people management, dealing with
motivational psychological factors, a point that
still has to be addressed, taking into account the
current perspectives on the models of people
management. The investigation is carried out by
the literary review and consultation of articles,
duly referenced. The study provides a basis for the development of other studies based
on neurolinguistic Programming, still lacking in the academic scientific environment.
