Abstract: Summary Introduction: Reproduction is a Human Right, however, an unplanned pregnancy in adolescents and young people brings with it a series of consequences that affect the areas; educational, social, cultural, life project, health, among others. Objective: To implement the sexual health program "Among equals" with contributions from the Bachelor's Degree in Health Education. Method: The present work is the result of a research that corresponds to a qualitative approach given the design and implementation of the sexual health program "Among equals" which is derived from the "Friendly Services" program, the latter being an action issued by the Federal Health Secretariat. The work was carried out at the University Center UAEM Nezahualcóyotl located in the State of Mexico, the population with whom we worked were students of sixth and eighth semester of the institution specifically in the Bachelor's Degree in Health Education. In order to measure the impact of the program, a pre-test and a post-test were applied, which included questions on: family, values, life project, sexual and reproductive rights and the use of male condoms. A written informed consent form was designed and provided to the participants of the "Among equals" program. Results: The impact of the activities implemented was determined through the application of a post-test, the results of which showed an increase in the students' knowledge of family, values, life projects, sexual and reproductive rights and the use of male condoms. Conclusion: This work shows the scope that the Bachelor's Degree in Health Education had in addressing the issue of unplanned pregnancies in students who are enrolled in this career and subsequently from this work derive actions to meet the needs of students that result in the prevention of the problem.
