PROGRAMA DE EDUCAÇÃO PELO TRABALHO - INTERPROFISSIONALIDADE/ SAÚDE MENTAL: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
RESUMO: Introdução: O Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) Interprofissionalidade, visando uma maior integração entre os acadêmicos, os serviços de saúde e a comunidade, oferece aos alunos a oportunidade de inserção nos locais de atendimento à saúde, tornando-os assim conhecedores da realidade da saúde pública e da atuação profissional. Dessa forma, além da formação acadêmica a ser pautada para atuar de modo interprofissional aptos a realizar um atendimento integral e humanizado à população, este PET-Saúde também tem o propósito realizar intervenções/transformações no serviço e nos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPP). Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é relatar a experiência de integrantes do PET-Saúde Interprofissionalidade/Saúde Mental e enfatizar a necessidade da educação interprofissional na formação acadêmica. Metodologia: Descrição e análise da experiência vivenciada, no período de dezembro de 2018 a agosto de 2019, por uma graduanda do curso de Enfermagem como integrante do PET-Saúde Interprofissionalidade/Saúde Mental. Resultados: Ao buscar pensar o cuidado interprofisisonal em saúde mental não só de modo articulado no Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) e na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial, foi possível envolver diversos dispositivos e serviços, como também, um trabalho articulado, integrado, colaborativo, ou seja, atendendo a interprofisisonalidade, a medida em que o cuidado é realizado não só por diversos profissionais, mas sim profissionais integrados numa prática colaborativa. Considerações finais: Fica evidente a importância de iniciativas, como a do PET-Saúde, para abordar e viabilizar ações interprofissionais na academia e para assim produzir reflexões a respeito da prática da educação interprofissional, atendendo a necessidade de promover mudanças curriculares na perspectiva da integração ensino-serviço, e da articulação ensino-pesquisa-extensão.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Introduction: The Interprofessional Education through Work for Health Program (PET-Saúde), aiming at greater integration between academics, health services and the community. Offers to the students a opportunity to enter health care facilities, showing them the reality of public health and professional performance. Thus, in addition to academic training being guided to act in an interprofessional way able to provide comprehensive and humanized care to the population, this PET-Health. It also has the purpose of carrying out interventions/ transformations in the service and in Political Pedagogical Projects (PPP). Objective: The objective of this work is to report the experience of members of PET-Saúde Interprofessionality/ Mental Health and emphasize the necessity for interprofessional education in academic training. Methodology: Description and analysis of the experience, from December 2018 to August 2019, by a graduate student in the Nursing course as a member of PET- Interprofessionality / Mental Health. Results: When trying to think about interprofessional care in mental health not only in an articulated way in the Political Pedagogical Projects (PPP) and in the Psychosocial Care Network, involving several devices and services, but also, an articulated, integrated, collaborative work, that is , given the interprofisisonality, the extent to which care is provided not only by several professionals, but also who are integrated in a collaborative practice. Final considerations: The importance of these initiatives, such as that of PET, is evident in addressing and enabling interprofessional actions in the academy, and so that, beginning, there is a reflection on the practice of interprofessional education, meeting the necessity for curricular change, articulating teaching -service, and teaching-research-extension.
