PROFESIONALIZACIÓN AMBIENTAL EN PROFESORES DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA. NECESIDADES, OPORTUNIDADES Y RETOS PEDAGÓGICOS
Este trabajo describe un programa modelo de formación dirigido a docentes y directivos de Educación Preescolar, Primaria, Secundaria y asesores en Educación Especial pertenecientes a la Secretaría de Educación de Nuevo León. El estudio se centra en la identificación y análisis de las necesidades académicas, áreas de oportunidad y aspectos relevantes en el desarrollo del Diplomado en Educación Ambiental y Patrimonio Integral implementado con el apoyo de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC).
En particular, se aborda la realidad de la oferta y demanda de los programas de formación en la localidad que ayuden a reflexionar sobre su diseño a la hora de tomar decisiones y aplicaciones específicas que empoderen y fortalezcan a los actores de las políticas y profesionalicen su rol.
Además, presenta los alcances de una convivencia poco común. De ser un grupo conformado por una diversidad de niveles educativos, edades y funciones académicas, se transformó en donde la comunicación entre ellos y con los ponentes, permitió compartir eventos, dudas, y alcances de sus prácticas pedagógicas. Igualmente presenta algunas pautas a considerar en los procesos de formación continua dirigida a docentes de educación básica.

Abstract:
This work describes a model training program aimed at teachers and directors of Preschool, Primary, Secondary Education and advisors in Special Education belonging to the Secretary of Education of Nuevo León. The study focuses on the identification of academic needs, areas of opportunity and relevant aspects in the development of the Diploma in Environmental Education and Integral Heritage with the support of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
In particular, some aspects of the teacher training initiative deployed are addressed to assess their needs and their relevance to the Basic Education Curriculum, as well as to understand the reality of the supply and demand of training programs in the locality that help reflect on opportunities when making decisions and specific applications that empower and strengthen policy actors and professionalize their role.
In addition, it presents the scope of an unusual coexistence. From being a group made up of a diversity of educational levels, ages and academic functions, it became where the communication between them and with the speakers, allowed them to share events, doubts, and the scope of their pedagogical practices. It also presents some guidelines to consider in continuing education processes aimed at basic education teachers.
