PRODUÇÃO AGROECOLÓGICA E MELHORIA DA QUALIDADE DE VIDA DE JOVENS RURAIS
O Programa Mais Extensão da
Universidade Estadual do Maranhão, em
consonância com a Casa Familiar Rural
(CFR) de Primeira Cruz e o Laboratório de
Extensão/UEMA, com o comprometimento em
agregar no processo de formação técnica teve
como objetivo, favorecer o processo ensinoaprendizagem
na área de ciências agrárias,
envolvendo a participação jovem da zona
rural, proporcionando a apropriação e troca
de saberes; além de estimular a produção, a
geração de renda e o desenvolvimento local por
meio da difusão de práticas e conhecimentos.
Durante 3 anos a proposta foi executada em
três operações na CFR, com jovens da zona
rural e comunidade circunvizinha a escola.
Durante o trabalho foram realizadas oficinas
técnicas, construção de unidades didáticas,
dias de campo, acompanhamento técnico
nas propriedades das famílias, aplicação de
questionário e dinâmicas de interação entre
alunos e palestrantes. Contudo, o impacto
gerado pelo projeto teve grande importância
para a vida dos jovens da CFR, possibilitando
a integração da comunidade, além de mostrar
para tal a importância da escola como
formadora de profissionais qualificados com o
intuito de levar conhecimentos e habilidades
sobre a produção agroecológica, melhorando
por sua vez o seu produto e aumentando a
sua renda familiar. O projeto proporcionou a
descoberta e reafirmação de conhecimento ao
público alvo, foi capaz de iniciar a interação da
escola e a comunidade, e possibilitou a alunos
e professora da UEMA, integrantes da equipe
um crescimento profissional e experiências que
se levam por toda vida.

Abstract:
The Most Extension Program of the State University of Maranhão, in line
with the Rural Family Home (HFR) in Primeira Cruz and the Extension Laboratory /
UEMA, with the commitment to join with the technical staff of the school in the process of
technical training had the objective, o favor the teaching-learning process in the area of
agrarian sciences involving young people from countryside, providing the appropriation
and exchange of knowledges, besides stimulating production, income generation and
local development through the dissemination of practices and knowledge. During
3 years the proposal was executed in three operations in the HFR, with rural youth
and community near the school. During the work technical workshops were held,
construction of didactic units, days of field, technical accompaniment in the properties
of the families, questionnaire application and interaction dynamics between students
and lecturers. However, the impact generated by the project was of great importance
for the lives of young people HFR, enabling the integration of the community, in addition
to showing the importance of the school as a trainer of qualified professionals with the
purpose of bringing knowledge and skills on agroecological production, improving your
product in turn and increasing your family income. The project provided the discovery
and reaffirmation of nowledge to target Audience, was able to initiate the interaction of
the school and the community, and made it possible for students and teacher of UEMA,
team members a professional growth and experiences that take you through life.
