PROCESSOS PARTICIPATIVOS NA CONSTRUÇÃO DOS PLANOS MUNICIPAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO: REFLEXÕES E PRÁTICAS EM AÇÃO
Este estudo se insere no campo de
investigação da interação entre universidade
e os sistemas de educação básica, em uma
universidade comunitária - a Universidade
de Passo Fundo. O objetivo geral centra-se
em analisar os processos participativos na
construção dos Planos Municipais de Educação
em dois municípios do norte do Rio Grande do
Sul. A temática é refletida com base na consulta
a documentos e na forma metodológica da
construção dos planos ancorada em processos
participativos. A interação entre universidade e
comunidade faz parte do compromisso social
da universidade comunitária e legitima sua
interlocução com os sistemas da educação
básica.

Abstract:
This study is inserted in the field
of the investigation of the interaction between
the university and the basic education systems
in a Community College - Universidade de
Passo Fundo. The general objective centralizes
the analysis of the participative processes in the
construction of the Municipal Education Plans in
two towns in the North of Rio Grande do Sul. The
theme is reflected through documents’ search
and plan construction methodological format,
based on participative processes. The interaction
between the university and the community is part
of the Community College social commitment
and certifies its communication with the basic
education systems.
