PROCESSO DE ENSINO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DAS RELAÇÕES INTERPROFISSIONAIS EM ESTUDANTES DAS CIÊNCIAS DA SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
As atitudes relacionadas ao interprofissionalismo podem ser influenciadas por determinantes relacionais, culturais e sociais. Neste estudo abordou-se a temática dos métodos de ensino utilizados para o desenvolvimento das relações interprofissionais e percepções dos estudantes envolvidos nesse processo. O que guiou a revisão foi a indagação “Como ocorre o processo de ensino na promoção das relações interprofissionais dos estudantes de ciências da saúde?”. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura para compreender os meios utilizados para este fim. Empregaram-se os seguintes descritores: Interprofessional relations; education; learning; students; health ocupations; humans, incluindo-se artigos disponíveis, nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol, delimitados no período de 2012 a junho de 2017. Assim, foram selecionados 35 artigos, organizados em duas categorias relacionadas ao processo de ensino aprendizagem para o interprofissionalismo e às percepções e atitudes dos participantes envolvidos nos estudos sobre as relações interprofissionais. Verificou-se que o interprofissionalismo vem sendo ensinado ao redor do mundo, com diversificação dos métodos de ensino, utilizando tanto a modalidade presencial como a virtual. As ações pedagógicas englobam atividades práticas, com foco no desenvolvimento de competências colaborativas e interativas entre estudantes de diferentes áreas. Há ampla aceitação e percepções positivas por parte dos estudantes desta forma de ensino. Constata-se, ainda, que a disponibilidade atitudinal ao interprofissionalismo depende dos métodos de ensino, bem como fatores pessoais, curriculares e culturais.

Abstract:
Attitudes related to interprofessionalism can be influenced by relational, cultural and social determinants. In this study the teaching methods used for the development of the interprofessional relations and perceptions of the students involved in this process was approached. The inquiry that guided the review was "How does the teaching process occurred in promoting interprofessional relations of health science students?". Therefore, an integrative literature review was carried out to understand the means used for this purpose. The following descriptors were used: Interprofessional relations; education; learning; students; health ocupations; humans, including articles available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, set out between 2012 and June 2017. Thus, 35 articles were selected, organized into two categories related to the process of teaching-learning for interprofessionalism and perceptions and attitudes of the participants involved in the studies on interprofessional relations. It was verified that interprofessionalism has been taught around the world, with diversification of teaching methods, using both the face-to-face and the virtual methods. The pedagogical actions include practical activities, focusing on the development of collaborative and interactive skills among students from different areas. There is a huge acceptance and positive perceptions by the students on this way of teaching. It is also noted that attitudinal availability to interprofessionalism depends on teaching methods as well as personal, curricular and cultural factors.
