PROCESOS INTERDISCIPLINARIOS EN LA FORMACIÓN DE TERAPEUTAS FAMILIARES
El presente texto, se aporta como producto del ejercicio analítico y reflexivo donde convergen aspectos conceptuales y experienciales como propuestas y alternativas a compartir en el ámbito académico-investigativo que la temática-actividad objeto de este escrito convocan, toda vez que se consideran y abordan desde la experiencia personal y grupal, en el proceso de formación terapéutica y develan la nutricia relación entre la persona del-os terapeutas y sus aprendizajes en la interacción con consultantes que a aquellos (as) acuden. En el caso concreto (entre otros profesionales afines que se forman como terapeutas u orientadores familiares) de los psicólogos-as, es muy pertinente señalar que la disciplina psicológica ofrece variados corpus ontológicos, epistemológicos y metodológicos en el ámbito del trabajo con familias, entre otros campos y tipos de abordaje, acordes con la orientación temática de la presente publicación, Psicología: Técnicas e instrumentos para acceder a la mente humana. Estas alternativas en pro de la salud mental de personas, parejas (cuando las hay) y familias, se constituyen en para estos (as) en posibilidades para incrementar fortalezas, oportunidades y tesoros, así como para erradicar, minimizar o aprender a manejar debilidades y amenazas que suelen surgir en las redes relacionales intra e interfamiliares.

Abstract:
This text is provided as a product of the analytical and reflective exercise where conceptual and experiential aspects converge as proposals and alternatives to share in the academic-research field that the theme-activity object of this writing convene, since they are considered and approached from personal and group experience, in the process of therapeutic training and reveal the nurturing relationship between the person of the therapists and their learning in the interaction with consultants who attend them. In the specific case (among other related professionals who are trained as therapists or family counselors) of psychologists, it is very pertinent to point out that the psychological discipline offers varied ontological, epistemological and methodological corpus in the field of work with families, among others. fields and types of approach, in accordance with the thematic orientation of this publication, Psychology: Techniques and instruments to access the human mind. These alternatives in favor of the mental health of individuals, couples (when there are any) and families, constitute possibilities for them to increase strengths, opportunities and treasures, as well as to eradicate, minimize or learn to manage weaknesses and threats that usually arise in intra- and inter-family relational networks.
